I don't know why there's still players that interested to play on this casino while there's a lot of trusted casino out there that offer much quality games. This is exactly my thought, but personally, I think the thing is that most players prefer or like to play on new casinos probably because of some kind of bonuses they offer due to the fact that the casino is new and still looking for customers desperately, and the already established casinos do not offer such kind of bonuses because they are already established, and also, there are some players that believe that the chances of winning big on a new casino is higher since they are trying to make a name for themselves, and this chance is not as high on an already big casino. In as much as they think this, they forget the risk involved.

Without a doubt this is a delicate issue, even if they end up paying what they owe to @Sensetive03 any delay in the withdrawal is something that people are going to notice, a delay of a few hours is acceptable as we do not know if there is some maintenance being done while we make our withdrawal, but having to wait for days in order to get our money is without a doubt something unacceptable as people are very sensitive to issues like that as they fear more than anything to be scammed by a third party.

This will be easy if the OP will provide directly the proof of their conversation and the update on his issue whether the support is cooperating or not so that we can notify the manager of the campaign that the casino is involved on a dispute.

If i remember it right? there are several thread in the past about trust dice though there are some result about paying the claims? yet this is something that Trust Dice must be taken into consideration . and try to prevent from playing in this site, because there are many out there that has no problem at all lol.

I have read some complaints similar to yours. So, I guess this isn't just an isolated case wherein their team or system has a glitch as the reason for delay in withdrawal transactions. Perhaps they have an internal problem regarding their finances. Hence, the reason why there are delayed transactions of players who want to get their money out. I just hope they won't turn out as scam because I suppose they have numerous players here too. The money deposited and won should be returned back to the players if they will plan to quit. Hopefully they will survive and will not be declared bankrupt because it will be so hard to retrieve the money if ever it happens. There's a slim possibility to none.

Why not directly PM their Forum manager? you can check this thread to find who you can directly PM and He will connect to the team because I'm sure he will take part of this problem as the advertising is important part of the business in gambling and yes manager wanted to keep their reputation as well. so extend your patience and don't act like that , 42 hours is not that long compared to other problem gamblers faces in the past.

They can afford to launch a campaign so I doubt that they can't pay you your $200. If there's a complain like for this case and amount, always contact the heads of the casino and the same for complains with other casinos. The OP is gone and I guess it's safe to assume that he already got his money.
He's gone just for a day and maybe will be back again today or by tomorrow, anytime. I've seen a case like this that he's got a complain about his withdrawal but when the problem was solved, he just left and said that everything is okay. Maybe that's the case and it will be eventually be solved and OP will be satisfied.

These two users have almost the same thing in their complaint, both did not include any evidence, including a screenshot of the withdrawal, it should have been included so their complaint would be valid.

I don't know how did you contacted the team because you never shared anything that might show the conversation of your claim? Sorry but they are managing to pay almost 1k per week in their advertising here , so that 200$ is not that big for them to hold ? any update for the last 24 hours of your claiming?

From what I read and follow about trust dice I hardly doubt that they are scams. In fact I Once got paid just for doing the paid review and it was almost instant to my trust dice account and further to my wallet. I never had any issues with the trust dice in later transactions too.
You better check with the support mail rather than just dropping Chats to them. Most of the casinos with low funds or user base will have that halt on withdrawal and extra verification so that they can buy sometime. But one thing is sure, trust dice isn’t scam or like that. I mean for me at least they are paying!

any update? it's been 24 hours since you posted the thread, have they let you withdraw? if they did, have you received the money? They don't give any explanation to my questions.
There were even some cases where they turned the live chat off on my face .
would you mind providing any evidence on this? especially on the one, where they turned the live chat off while you were chatting with them? even if they have approved your request to withdraw I think it is still quite unprofessional if they really turned off the live chat while you were talking to them.
