I scan the
Terms and conditions, that say there are different restricted locations for different game providers.
So if you are not limited when you visit the site and create your account, you should still pay attention on the games you want to play. Copy and paste game name for searching in Terms and conditions.

To answer your question, yes, the site has in fact two mechanisms for restricting users based on their location. The first is that you will see some particular games are blocked depending on which country you are accessing from meaning the user will in fact receive a warning and will not actually be able to play that particular game.
The second mechanism is that when searching, depending on which country a player is accessing from, different providers are actually presented whilst others are not displayed. This hopefully removes the need to manually check the games you want to play. As you rightly point out very few players take the time to search the game they intend on playing so with these mechanisms in place, they won't need to. The page you're seeing I believe is actually caused by slow loading because if you were accessing from a restricted country, then you would see a warning page instead informing you and you would not be able to proceed further. We have resolved some of the slower loading pages and gone through to optimise various images on
but its still a work in progress as we try to reduce the page sizes and speed of the platforms so our valuable players spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the site.

I believe your issue has come about because if a player decides they don't want the promo and unsubscribe to it, although all funds in the real balance will remain, any funds in the bonus balance is forfeited. In the conditions we did put "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited." I did apologise in a previous post as these conditions may not be obvious enough so we definitely need to work harder to make them more prominent so players don't feel they have had their money taken in any way and I apologise to you again if it seems like that's what has happened.
After this incident, I think you should find a way to make sure that users've read the promo terms and fully understand them. You can for example display the terms on a pop-up window and don't allow the user to subscribe to the promo until he clicks on an
agree button.
Forfeiting the bonus balance when a user decides to unsubscribe from a promo doesn't make much sense, imo. It works totally in favour of the casino and it would become more fair if you start deducting bets from the bonus balance then the real balance.
