Best time to buy or wait a little bit ?

This time is best for btc investment although every time is good but you won't find it at these discounted rates for long once the ship has sailed towards new ATH so if you want to invest then do it without waiting for any further dips as you might loose the opportunity again.But keep in mind to invest the amount you are willing to loose because when we see our savings going down we panic sell which is worse.

How about dividing the investment capital into 2, 3 or 4, though some people have started investing like that since when bitcoin was at $30000, all I believe is that someone should not be greedy and be thinking of high return and because of that invest all, dividing it can be very helpful and profitable. Like me, I have the last investment fund and it is just 20%, I will invest that if bitcoin get to $15000.

2 days ago the price of bitcoin was in the bottom which was around $ 17k, and the current price was around $ 21k, maybe we were late because we did not buy bitcoin when the price of $ 17k, but if we didn't buy it immediately then we would regret it because I was sure starting today Bitcoin prices will not be cheap anymore.

i did not buy yesterday at 18k  because of the crash ,  i was affraid it will go dow further quickly , was waiting to see if breaks the 17k-18k support . then its started bouncing ,  MACD indicating HUGE oversold trend , so i waited for it to confirm . From 17.8k to  19.5k , was a good bounce confirmation for me . (we are still at very low levels comparing to 69k , the futures shorts orders will close soon )

It makes sense, it is important that you have a plan and you know what you are doing, and if you invest in the long term (2-3 years) it will not matter so much whether you bought at $17 xxx, or $19 500. Now the question is how the situation will develop further, because as things stand now, the price is in the green and goes towards $21 000, although one should be careful not to fall into the trap.

Technically speaking it would matter because the return would get greater. I mean someone who buys at 17k, would double it at 34k, whereas someone who buys at 19k would double in 38k, if you bought in 17k, by 38k you have extra 4k profit.

If we look at "really long term", if it is 190k one day, someone who got at 17k would have a 20k profit. Obviously, this is not what we usually think, what we think is just making a profit, and I believe that if you treat bitcoin like a retirement fund, then you should be fine at all prices and you would not feel any trouble at all about this. It is going to be a tough thing for most people to accept, but it is going to be pretty fine in the long run if you profit.

I think we will get stability in the current price first. 20k-25k is a good price to see bitcoin take its dominance. maybe the current position will run for quite a while before the new season pump starts. Breaking 50k in the upcoming bull season is not something difficult. but that can happen if we see the stability of the world market also improves. pandemics and wars seem to have to end soon. otherwise, the world economy will never achieve what we expect.

Good for you having to buy Bitcoin at below $20k  for actually now is a good time to buy, I just hope your strategy ends up working out well for you although I don't see Bitcoin dumping down to $11k or below at any time soon as you thinking and I strongly believe the market will flourish with time and Bitcoin will clinch a better ATH eventually.

The only problem with a strategy like that is that even if such an scenario is possible it is not something that it is going to happen immediately, and many people will have the tendency to get desperate and abandon their strategy or they will begin to buy bitcoin way sooner than what their set levels were, and this can be a problem because if your prediction is right and the price of bitcoin does indeed keep going down then you will not have a lot of cash in hand when the price of bitcoin finally reaches the level at which you wanted to buy.

I mean no one has really seen the future.
What we can do is based on calculations and estimations. What if Bitcoin keeps on increasing from now only ? So you won’t be able to buy then? Forget about 11k usd, you will miss the golden opportunity now to buy at 21k usd.
So whatever happens it always happens for good. Considering this in mind, whenever possible buy the Bitcoins.
It’s a rare digital coin which will eventually become expensive when time passes buy, so there is always a guarantee  that you will make good profit.

Good planing though. Averaging is mandatory. You seem to be trading for a longer time and yes its the right decision to have extra in hand as a cash to average if the price goes down if suppose a chance of still price going down. If the price increases, then better to stop with what is already bought then going to buy at high price. Hope btc starts moving forward along with other altcoins ASAP.

I once asked someone about how likely $10K is to bitcoin after hitting ATH of $69K last year. The answer is only one, it is very possible. About anything that makes us doubt the price then we must be sure that this market is working in accordance the wishes of the traders. If average traders and investors dump their bitcoin in the market then the price will definitely go down. We're actually down 70% right ^[-$49K], so there's nothing wrong with another possible -$10K as long as the market remains fairly bearish.

It's a good idea actually, you don't have to put everything in the market at once. You buy in small portions so that either way the market goes you are always doing good, i feel 11k might feel somewhat low but it actually is a good place to buy bitcoin for medium or long term. Feel you can buy some 15% around 13k mark and leave the rest of 10% to buy at around 11k. So that you don't lose out on bitcoin going below 15k because below that region any point might be point of no return.

Speculation and estimation on which we do really rely on because no one is indeed able to know on whats head thats why its really hard to make out decisions but due to our experience and skills or knowledge then
we do able to make out some guesses which is far more better than into those decisions which doesnt really have any basis at all.You cant really just make out some step without any considerations
on why you are tending to buy.If you do go look for the bottom then this would be a never ending search because bottom and peak prices is something that cant really be determined.
Its up to you whether you would really be waiting for a little bit but make it sure that you shouldnt make yourself do get left behind specially when market tends to recover or make some turn.

Buying Bitcoin in small portions is a smart idea. Though I wasn't thinking that the market will even drop more reaching $10k, as usual, we couldn't ignore the possibility of it and better ready and have some spare money to buy if ever it comes.

I already bought some BTC as the price reached back to $19k, quite enough for now. I don't put everything just to be ready when it falls again. Thus, if we are into the plan to invest, we'd rather take a decision now, we can't afford to miss the chance of buying at a deducted price. We don't know what happen next, who knows today is the last drop that ever made this bear season.

Unfortunately, we actually don't know when is the bottom of the Bitcoin price. But seeing the cycle, the down market may still continue. The price will probably drop again in the next few days.
That is why, it is better to put our money to buy Bitcoin by average, not all in.
I personally have made several plans of the average in every certain drop. Commonly, in certain ate, the price will drop until reaching the bottom, and then will rise up again, but the price will drop again lower than the previous bottom. That is why averaging is a good strategy for this case. At least, we can have Bitcoin in every drop, the amount may not be high enough, no need to do that moreover if we have limited money.
