Or at casinos based in nowhere (casinos without licenses to operate)... That is the case of some crypto casinos I have found when searching if they really existed, but I think it doesn't worth to mention their names at all, otherwise I'm going to give them more visibility among gamblers (that is actually pretty low). KYC may be applied if the gambler wins a large amount, which is already the case in many casinos.
