Rather than looking half-finished, it won't get any bait here. So it would be nice to complete all the features and important things that must be prepared in launching a casino. The correct figure is 1.928 BTC and was like that from the start, he might have incorrectly typed it in. The homepage digits are wrong as the designer is changing them. Already escalated this to the mod because it is the lowest kind of people. He was disrespectful in chat as well. We do not have the authority to go on his account and play, this was a rule from the start, it would be unjust.

I then took matters and spoke to him, understood him and reinstated his account and given him his balance whilst IT support checked his account being genuine. Usually, a casino site gives free bonuses to new users for a certain period of time but that will depend on the casino site's plans. If they only give free bonuses to new members who are limited in number, that's also up to them. I think people have used the free bonus so most of us don't get the free bonus. I appreciate your explanation. If this is indeed the case, then I suggest you ignore his nonsense completely. Almost every casino has to deal with such cases sometimes. But, as I said, no one here will take him seriously unless he substantiates his claim with evidence. Eventually, he will give up.

Same thing. If other casinos implement this without having to ask for extra fees, why put this one on your site anyway? Other casinos don't allow instant credit of deposits but they still get by, and are even doing good on their profits. 10-20 members should be enough but it would be totally depending on their budget but to be frank then seeing on the current design and template of the site then i could say that they could  really be having a hard time to sustain a long time running signature campaign and also we know that we do have lots of popular dice sites that we do have in the market as of today which means it would really be a tough competition

Yes, in all honesty we did have permission from the original creators as we got in touch with their IT support which helped us on some aspects of the site. However we were not told that other websites like the one mentioned has used the same one. Thank you for bringing that up to my attention. I have already drafted a full new T&C for the site and bonuses which will be uploaded shortly so this does not persist as a problem.

The way I see it, plagiarizing website content looks a bit amateur but it's not really the end of the world. Copying pieces of available bustadice code obviously should have been something that shouldn't have been done, but I do get that it makes it a lot easier and would have given you a nice reference spec to test against.

However for me, the line is copying claims that aren't true:

And honestly, I feel like it's harmful to be making claims like this.  One of the reasons bustadice doesn't just say "We do shit to protect your privacy" is because it's so easily confused with "marketing speech" and tries to go into how it works on a technical level. So it's a bit unfortunate you'd just copying language like that so unnecessarily.

It would probably be nice and ideally, the OP would make the authenticity of the site the only thing that differentiates this casino from other casinos. Completely wrong. You were accused because you are advertising 8bethub(Suspicious beyond a doubt at this point) for your own benefit while Bustadice is a trustworthy site which is why he isn't shilling for them.

As a new business then you should really be preparing yourself with these kind of feedbacks and suggestions or even these accusations which are really normal yet its good that people do notice
it on where you do have at least the idea on how you would fix things up because if the community wont see any issues or problems anymore then they would just simply shut their mouths
and might able to play into your site after that.For now its just right for you to follow and fix up on every complaint or issues that you are hearing from the community because

I almost missed this comment and I am sorry for that. Thank you so much for bringing a bit of positivity, we have been trying hard to overcome and accept all feedback, we acted on it all, and the platform is getting better, the start was abrupt, but i hope once more people from here come and make use of our platform, they will start to see us in a positive light, we already have been trusted from some on here very recently as I could see this was their referral, I do hope they will leave some feedback!
