Though I also am impressed with the amount of the winnings, this case is not closed yet because it has not been resolved. Receiving partial payment (approximately 10% of the claimed amount) is not acceptable regardless of their ToS withdrawal limits.

There is also a possibility that Rocketpot simply do not have the appropriate funds and are buying time in order to cover the payout. If that is the case then it means this issue will go on for an extended period of time until Rocketpot folds and ceases to trade or if their income drops as a result of less traffic at their website. After winning a huge amount it is something the OP would have not wanted to happen.

I also already revise my feedback to neutral since they're no intention to scam, but they only slow to process your withdrawal. I have been reading the story and I will be honest,at the beginning I thought just another casino who will ran away once hit by a huge win from a gambler.Glad to see this is not the case and that they have started to process OP withdrawals although with small increments,I consider a small increment 16.000 Usd which is less than 10% of the total amount won.I am confident that they will manage to pay the OP but at a slow rate,maybe they can make weekly or even monthly payments until they fulfill their obligation.

Tried contacting support to speak with vip manager “Sofia” for an update was told she doesn’t work weekends and was also now told I’ll be updated via email and my case is being reviewed by the “financial manager”. See pic https://imgur.com/a/H049Zy2

Looks like their support can barely communicate in English. This says a lot when they hire people who can't fulfill the most basic requirement for the job.


16k out of 170 is still a very small portion of the money owed.
Let's hope you'll get it all.

The limits and the reluctance to pay out a legit win suggest they don't have enough money and prefer to pay out wins with losses of other players.

Although this is only a small part of your total winnings but I want to congratulate you first considering this is a very big win and I don't even think I will get a win this big in gambling.
But of course this takes time to get because regardless of anything other than their ToS withdrawal limit and the total winnings you get, it will obviously take a bit of time to pay to stabilize their finances as well.

Shouldn't you update your title to "Rocketpot.io  refuising to pay 170k (Starts paying, x/$170k processed) ?  Just to be fair to the casino.  You can modify the title again anytime the casino failed to deliver its promise to you. I am happy about the news that you are starting to receive your winnings even though it will take you more than 8 months to complete, at least your issue is leaning toward a positive result.

Unfortunately the OP agreed to the sites ToS when he/she started gambling on the sites and is tied into their wd limits. We don't have to like it, but this is 1 good reason why everyone should read the ToS before depositing and playing on any site.

It does show good faith that Rocketpot has initially started paying some of the win though. Seems like the OP has cause to be optimistic.

This is necessary for the company to keep running and maintaining its running cost and also paying other winners whose winning might not be as high as Op. So, Op should be patient and the goodnews is that they have started paying.

I’m very optimistic that they have now started paying my winnings with no further delays and in fairness to the casino I have posted this, but as I said still as of now I haven’t gotten any direct answer or confirmation if they will be honouring the full 170k in winnings. Cool, you are correct and you following up the thread and giving update you are being fair. To say, since they have started paying out, it therefore means they will pay all. And to ask, do they need to give any information if they will honor the whole payment or not?

I'm wondering why they didn't give any statement on your case since they need to give a words or even instruction about your winnings, but since as you said they started to pay you via installment still this is good since you are getting the part of your winnings little by little hopefully you can get all and enjoy what you earn because its very rare to see people win such huge amount here.

UPDATE!

Good news rocketpot has paid out $16k so far. They processed the $6000 withdrawal Sunday and has already paid out the $10000 for this week following their limits. So so far I’ve received $16k of the $170k+. Good news is there was no delay in the $10k payout for this week.  Unfortunately still have no direct answer or confirmation from rocketpot if they will be paying out and honoring the full 170k+ in winnings waiting on the appropriate manager update for that. Now following their withdrawal limits I am waiting till next week to request another $10k to see if this continues. Will post further updates and every payment received on here

Their limits 10k per week and 20k per month, i`m right? If they will pay 20k per month it will take 8 months, but it will be a good 8 months.
