Like I said earlier, it's not a proven scam until yourmet with a blatant refusal to comply on paying out won bets. Yeah, it was supposed to be a 24hrs payment period but at times, shits happens and on that, you've got to give them the time they need to comply as the amount involved is huge. It's good your seeing some progress in this and tha your patience is paying off. Although, its damaging what this thread would do to them as it comes with some negativity. In the end, they are about fulfilling there obligations to you as a customer.

With this Eth pump the balance is now over 200k as the balance is in ethereum. Which is insane. Not sure if that will make any difference on payout amount or they’ll just honour the base amount of winnings

About this, I think all that matters is the base currency and time of withdrawal. They can't back date the value based on that fact.

Out of fairness to rocketpot I removed “refused” from the title and I have removed the previous negative updates on my og post given they have started paying what they can within their limits. Although I still haven’t gotten a confirmation if they’ll honour the full amount of winnings, it’s not fair to them to garner any negative feedback for the time being unless/if something changes such as them adamantly denying to pay out in full. I’ve also locked my scam accusation thread as a result of this. Will continue to post updates here

FWIW, their limits aren`t actually "poor" when compared with typical (even the big ones) fiat online casinos. Take LeoVegas for example, a huge online casino that also has a 20k monthly max withdrawal limit per account. Bet365, probably the best gambling site in the world, has some 50k ish monthly limit in place.

Fortunately, in the crypto space, there are some operators who easily pay out even such amounts quickly.

All of that does not change the fact that apparently, it is not cool when any operator tries to find a way to avoid paying, which happens way too often.

I would guess that the ones with 50k limit but do pay that limit vs the ones that have 100k+ limits but do not pay it, everyone would easily pick the one that pays. Plus, it is cool to have such limits so that people wouldn't lose too much, if they want to lose more than that, they need to go somewhere else and that is understandable, if they do not want to lose too much then they will have to end up with another place and go there, which is a good statement to be fair.

I have seen people play in places like Stake and win over a million dollars, so if you want to have nearly unlimited amount, that exists in crypto as well, but seems quite risky to wager that much if you ask me.

As withdrawals are limited to $10k/week so you should try it on Monday to make another withdrawal, I hope you have Rocketpot service privileges for full payout of your winnings, But I think Rocketpot's response suggests it doesn't support full payout decisions, but we will follow the official response from Rocketpot.

Some exchanges are 100% against gambling. For example, i have heard of coinbase closing your account if you acquire funds associated with gambling. It's probably dependent on your jurisdiction as to whether an exchange will close your account for gambling but it does happen so I would suggest no using an exchange to deposit to a gambling site period.

While gambling companies are free to stipulate anything under their TOS, that kind of stipulation, however, may be attended with too much discretionary powers to them. They must at least have some basis in order to cancel, amend, or refuse any promotion. Though it is under their discretionary powers, they must act within without any grave abuse to keep their playerbase strong.

You are doing the right thing by keep the forum members informed about your situation, even if takes a lot of time as long as you are paid what you are owed then at best this is just going to be a long uncomfortable period for you, as you will need more than a year to get your winnings, however as soon as they refuse then you can comeback to the community with that information as it seems to me that you have done everything that you can to follow their TOS and as such you are owed that money.
