Rocketpot.io refusing/delaying to pay out 170k win.

I’m very optimistic that they have now started paying my winnings with no further delays and in fairness to the casino I have posted this, but as I said still as of now I haven’t gotten any direct answer or confirmation if they will be honouring the full 170k in winnings. Until I do I’ll then change the title to be fair to the casino
 

It's nice to know that your story is going in the right direction, especially since it's such a large amount. Hopefully all winnings will be paid out in full without any unpleasant surprises. Keep us informed about the progress.

FWIW, their limits aren`t actually "poor" when compared with typical (even the big ones) fiat online casinos. Take LeoVegas for example, a huge online casino that also has a 20k monthly max withdrawal limit per account. Bet365, probably the best gambling site in the world, has some 50k ish monthly limit in place.

Fortunately, in the crypto space, there are some operators who easily pay out even such amounts quickly.

All of that does not change the fact that apparently, it is not cool when any operator tries to find a way to avoid paying, which happens way too often.

Do not change the thread title until you have received all of the funds you are claiming and Rocketpot have agreed to pay. Making a unilateral move such as that prematurely will nit be conducive to your allegation.

If Rocketpot disputed the $170,000 then the matter changes somewhat but for now they are not declining to pay you the full claimed amount. Give them a little more time and remain patient.

When I asked today for the update regarding it, I was told this(see pic). In fairness to rocketpot they have started paying out what’s allowed within in their limits and they have honoured their word on these payouts. Trust me there’s no one that would love to change the thread title more than me, but for now untill I get a answer all
I can do is just post every payment I receive on here(which is still positive news) I also asked if there is any way they can raise their monthly limits they cannot. So after I request a another $10k on Monday the 11th I’m gonna be waiting till August 1st before I can request a further payout. The reality is getting paid out in full is gonna take a long time and this will be an extruding long process

I hope they'll honor the full payment, they have no reason not to, since they'd admitted that your winnings are legitimate.

The best thing you can do now is to be patient, there's no cause for alarm, at least not yet, so far they keep up with the weekly payment, even though it's going to take around 17 weeks to get the total money out(if they honor their word), but I think it's still going to be worth the wait.

My only question is that do also limit players losses to that USD 10k per week(I doubt so), or can player still make more deposit after losing USD 10k within the week ? because if they do allow it, then it's an awful policy.

Rare to see, the casino is limited your deposit or loss. Because, If you see these on their "FAQ" who is gonna play ? Limit the deposit can be meaning their bankroll are small so people are gonna to avoid playing in their casino in case win a big money more than their bankroll.

As long your withdraw is getting process by their FAQ, is good without any problem you can freely to lock and unlock thread and update only the payment each month. Just to avoid a spaming post.

The fact that they honoured your winnings and allowed you to withdraw up to their maximum withdrawal limit is very encouraging. You just have to wait for them to make a final decision and pay the remaining balance. I think the best course of action is to respect that and to refrain from harassing support by incessant inquiries. Yes, it may take time to withdraw the full amount, but you have no right to complain about that as you agreed to their terms when you decided to use their gambling site.

Thanks for edit. As I said it’s been positive so far and I’ve been respectful with my updates. I never complained about their withdrawal limits, just always stated the time frame it will take as I don’t think it’s appropriate locking this thread until it’s paid in full

That's nice, They are being active on their support. It will just take some time to complete all 170k winnings since they have limits. This could be a warning to players of rocketpot to gradually cashout because of the limit. This thread could serve a warning and also a promotion of rocketpot for their responsiveness.

Again congratulations, I hope this thread will be opened again for the update for full payment.

Is it just me or you also find the reason for not committing to paying the full amount strange? What does the licensee holder have to do anything with this? This is bad for the casino. It really does look like they are running out of money if the finance manager have to wait for the big boss to replenish their casino funds.

Exactly why I posted what they said. As far as I know from what I’ve been told so far. The manager they’re referring to is owner of the casino. Why does the owner need to hear back from their license holder? For what reason? It leaves a lot more questions. Keep in mind their English isn’t the best so sometimes it’s hard to make out exactly what they’re saying.

You don't need to have good English to distinguish the two....unless they are just trying to make it look like they have a complete professional team running the casino.

Perhaps, it doesn't make much sense, I'd agree, I know most casinos have a daily withdrawal limit and maximum winnings payout per game/spin in this case, but I'm sure the should be exceptions  in some certain cases, especially one like this, because I don't think it also makes so much sense If a user can make certain deposit with relative easy, for example whenever I'm on Roobet platform I do see very high stakers of sometimes over $300 - $1,000 per spin, in such case you'd easily admit such player should be able to afford deposit of 10-20k deposit a bit easier, and how terrible would it be for such player having to wait to get their winnings over a period of 10 weeks or more simply because they got lucky enough to hit a 100x multiplier.

Just like the case of OP, I think they should make bit of an exception here. 17 weeks just seem way too long, and if OP is an addicted gambler, he probably might lose a large portion of the funds before he gets paid fully, I've never had a VIP status in anyone of the casinos I've used before but I think the VIP gets a fairer treatment in terms of these withdrawal limit right ? If yes, then they could give the OP such benefit.

I think that's what they are referring to. Curacao would be the license provider. Holder would be the casino to be more technical since it's considered as a separate entity if registered as a company. Owner usually represents the company so I said holder is also the owner.

I don't think we can say $16K is a small amount lol considering many countries can live very comfortable with such amount for 1-2 years, while in developed countries you can live with such amount for around 6 months. As been mentioned above they have a limit about the withdrawal amount that they can pay and since they have stated on TOS, I don't think it's a red flag.

Previously I red tagged the account, but since they already paid $16K, I withdraw my flag until I see they don't want to pay the partial of $154K on the next month.

With this Eth pump the balance is now over 200k as the balance is in ethereum. Which is insane. Not sure if that will make any difference on payout amount or they’ll just honour the base amount of winnings

Like I said earlier, it's not a proven scam until yourmet with a blatant refusal to comply on paying out won bets. Yeah, it was supposed to be a 24hrs payment period but at times, shits happens and on that, you've got to give them the time they need to comply as the amount involved is huge. It's good your seeing some progress in this and tha your patience is paying off. Although, its damaging what this thread would do to them as it comes with some negativity. In the end, they are about fulfilling there obligations to you as a customer.

About this, I think all that matters is the base currency and time of withdrawal. They can't back date the value based on that fact.
