yes, I hope he makes a good breakthrough to get the merit. he didn't get much, but maybe he could get more if he put in the effort instead of begging.

You have enough activity to become the next rank i.e. senior member but unfortunately you don't have that much merit compared to the amount of merit required to become a senior member.  You have to wait longer because you don't have the amount of merit required to give the countdown.  If you had less than 50 to 70 merit then many wise and kind forum members would have helped you.  You should spend more time on the forum with more patience and make better constructive posts.  Then one day you will see that you can become senior member without merit countdown.

Not sure about the merits he'll earn, but he will most likely get a negative trust by one of the DT members soon enough if he doesn't remove the scam project he is promoting via his signature.

First of all I wish everyone of us a happy new year, and as a beneficiary of the numerous love and help in this thread by helping those who are close to ranking up but lack the necessary merits to make it to the next rank.

     We should be clear with something here which are.
1: it is easy to help someone with few merits left th their
   next rank, if you are having 20+ or up to 70+ merits left and you apply in this thread is become difficult to see you through to your next rank by none merit source.


At least members should put in some effort and try to push their merit level up more than 90+% ratio to the next rank merits requirements before coming to this thread.

2: secondly there may not be guaranteed assurance of getting helped if you don't put in the effort to your work or if your post history is full of bounty reports.

I know other members have sounded this warning and suggestion before, I am just resounding it for the new members coming into this thread with their requests.

Merit sources and contributors monitor this thread frequently enough to spend sMerit especially on users who are almost on their way to the next rank. There is no reason for anyone to hold back on sMerit, everyone who registers in this thread will see how much remaining merit is needed in their count. They are ready to help anyone who is going to promote to a new rank, of course those who register here must be supported with quality posts.

Without effort from oneself it is impossible for others to help, what needs to be underlined is that everyone who registers here must help themselves by trying to improve the quality of posts as capital to pave the way for Merit sources so they can spend sMerit on posts deemed worthy.

begging or not, we can judge from historical postings. everyone in this thread has a different perception of the countdown. and we all have standards for sharing the sMerit we have.
as the OP pointed out, he did a pretty far countdown to move up the rankings. we know it's just an example, and it's been explained in the OP, that when the countdown gets less chance the other members can help him move up the rankings.
even so, we already know, this thread is indeed used by some members to beg.

LOL, you might find it easy to tell who is begging and who isn't. Just neutralize your thoughts and see who really seems to be begging for a disproportionate amount of effort, and then you can put them on the ignore list.

@imamusma, I am very impressed with your achievements so far, before asking for help from others, you have helped yourself with quality posts. I've seen your post and left some merits there, there's not much I can do but some additional merits can help you rank Hero faster.

Congratulations @hZti. Once again the forum has added at least 1 Hero Member that I know for now. -484 is a lot of numbers, it took a long time to get there. Keep trying to maintain the quality that you have done so far, nothing is impossible as long as you still want to try to give the best for the forum.
The number 484 looks like a lot if you count it on your fingers, that number will decrease little by little without you noticing it thanks to the effort you put in. Enjoy your rank now, you deserve support from generous people for contributing to the forum.

Thank you for achieving the next rank.  How many of you possess all the qualifications required for promotion?  And after you acquire Hero Member, you will definitely have the desire to become Legendary.  I pray that you will definitely achieve the rank that the last one has.
To become a legendary member, you can achieve success if you put in a little more effort.  But only if you get 488 merit as per forum rules, you are ready to get next rank.

And that's why I dared not submit my rating countdown in this thread, because many people have various assumptions about interpreting the proper way to propose countdown.

Perhaps it would be more accurate to achieve a figure around 4% of Legendary rank, 8% of Hero and 16% of Sr, these numbers are more relevant and appropriate as you say.
