I've been following the signature campaign bounty recently. social media is always there in every bounty, but almost on average of them the pay is really not appropriate and even doesn't pay because the project failed to launch. I prefer signature bounties that pay directly with estimates or stable coins, it seems sure to be an income.

I agree. I'm not against the bounty campaign but it's just you are spamming the social media websites which I think is a red flag for me and other people might think you are just a bot/AI, I'd rather chose signature campaign which is circulating only from BCT.

Can't really know for sure. The only thing that's honestly worth the time is signature campaigns, or you get a job instead. Bounties have mostly been a waste of time for a while now.
What about airdrops? is it worth to do some airdrops?

I heard that some bounties fail to pay participants at the end of work. Considering this senerio, how can one know which bounty is a good to participate in?
Although i don't do bounties .  I have no experience on bounty. Still I mean follow trusted bounty managers for get good bounty program. And keep an eye on the bounty campaign which campaign used payment in Escrow.  Then your chances of getting paid will be higher. because now must of the campaign doing cheating for payment after campaign end

I have been following for a long time, people are getting frustrated day by day while working on Bounty. Most bounty scams now.  We don't really understand which bounty projects succeed and which scams. For which we don't get paid to work day after day.  There are also many projects to participate in the campaign of the project even after researching the project scams. Moreover, all the projects now do not correspond to their words. I have worked on many such projects. It has been 3 months and they have not given the payment yet. Bounty has lost its popularity due to scams, so it is not a good way to make money in the market. If Bounty matched words and deeds, all projects would have been successful and their popularity would have increased.

There is no way to know which bounty will be a good one and which will turn out to be a scam project.
However, since there are so many bounties, i usually prefer joining bounties that are managed by reputed bounty managers. There is still no grantee that that bounty will be a good one but at least we know that the probability of these bounties being good projects is more than the other bounties.

A lot project start so good but in the end of the day they leave you in the air in fact that we can not say that project is bounty is not scam because they have a good introduction but you must think that you can know if that project is a scam or not through the managers if a most reputable manager manage that bounty for sure they feel that bounty is not a scam . I did not say that all bountry manage by a new ankown manager is scam , not all but some bounty  is a scam

see how their team profile is really real or just a profile photo plagiarized from google or look at their seriousness in making promotions especially if they have registered on the exchange even better

Not all, but the chance is quite decent if the bounty is being handled by a reputable manager. Better risk in a chance that

you will be compensated either by the token or by a budget amount that the manager agreed upon,
the manager's reputation is also at stake though not an assurance but there's someone who can communicate
for the payment, unless the project is a total scam where even a reputable manager might be victimized.

In my opinion Airdrop is only waste of time . Because where most of the bounty are being scam there more most of the airdrop are scamer and also hack user data .  So my advice will be for everyone don't waste your time on airdrop It will be better to gain new knowledge from it

You are gradually participating in a bounty campaign from a reputation manager, I have seen many of his bounty campaigns successful. I think you did the right thing when participating in campaigns from reputation managers, it limits your risk somewhat. Good luck with your campaign.
Some points can help bounty hunters to limit the risk of failure, including joining a bounty managed by a reputable manager, guaranteed escrow payouts, especially for stable coin payouts or coins that have been listed on the market. So both are important points that bounty hunters must pay attention to.

Yes, joining a bounty managed by a reputable bounty manager is a must to avoid scams. But we also need to make sure that the bounty manager already escrowed the bounty payments. Although joining a bounty managed by a reputable bounty manager, we also can get no payment if he didn't escrow the payment. Not every bounty is escrowed by a reputable bounty manager since it should get an agreement from the team.

In addition, it is quite rare that a team member of a new project wants to give the payment in stablecoins. Also, only a few projects provide the bounty after their tokens are listed on an exchange. So, we can't really expect this since it is rarely happening.

alot bounty manager even trapped by fake developers too , promoting projects was not easy for everyone even that experienced bounty managers. we often to see bounty reward allocation so high in bounty thread but when entering market its dumped , and many people said it as scam. and even some good project leave us and claim their success not coming from bounty campaign , we have no contribution there. its so sad if scammed like this.

The trick is, from that list of three positions, you can only have two. You can join a bounty with a cool manager that escrows funds (for example julerz12), but such bounties have unlimited amount of participants and in the end you get $1-5. Of course the amount might change if the price gets pumped, but no one usually hold bounty rewards for such a long time and prefer to dump them.

Bounty allocation is a tricky thing. Often we see $50-100k in project tokens. A lot of hunters see $50-100k, while more experience understand that this amount can be anything. Projects can randomly set tokens value, and often that price isnt the same we see during trades. Projects value their tokens much higher than real price. These $50-100k in reality are several thousands only.
Escrowed not guarantee with bounty participants get enough reward when bounty campaign ending, last bounty managed by Julerz all participants reward received under $1 like on Trophy bounty campaign. What ever reason reward values not depending on Bounty Manger actually he need and find promoting with potential project altcoin. But I prefer choose with his bounty payment with stable coin like Moonbet, although price drop but have chance back to higher price again than Trophy coins still dump and reward received still under $1.

Current bounty problem is - there are no potential projects nowadays. All of them offer one and the same ideas but in different wrapping. And I know that escrowing bounty reward is not a guarantee of good reward, but with julerz12, this is at least an insurance that you receive something. I think you agree that $1 is still better than $0. Who knows what will happen with those $1 worth tokens in half a year or a year. I dont participate in bounties to immediately sell rewards. $1 wont make me poor or rich, that is why I hold.

Your first line say it all. But I think most of the managers who run escrowed bounties do usually distribute the reward to hunters after the bounty. You can not singlehandedly mention certain manager as if the rest hold the tokens despite being escrowed. The likes of brainboss, BD, Aladdin bounty star and lots more. Let be honest.

Holding is not the problem sometimes but when some projects are dump that's all. Some teams do abandon their projects after dump. So I suggest you take some little profit and hold some.

It's very difficult to choose a bounty that can get good payouts, but after almost a year I joined the bounty I think the escrowed system is more secure, I hear a lot of complaints because the payment time is slow, and when I get paid the value drops so that the bounty hunter doesn't get paid accordingly initial expectations.

sometimes we also get fake trading volume or fake investors and traders so it's hard to get really good projects, but that's sometimes we need a big market like binance so feel sure that it's a big project and I'm not sure big projects come from p2pb2b market or coinsbit

To know a good bounty we should consider the time frame of the bounty, the amount allocated for the bounty, the manager managing the bounty, and the validity of the project doing the bounty campaign.  There are lots of bounties today that offer a reward that is almost non-existent.  They are requiring months of work but the reward is miniscule.  Better learn how to calculate reward base on the participant number if the bounty offer is in stake form.

All of these things would be useless from payment or allocation of coins been put up on bounty if this certain coin/project if it would be ending up on having no value.
This is why it would really be just needed for you to make out some in depth research of a project even though it wont really be giving out assurances that it would succeed but
it is really better rather than on doing nothing at all. Sticking with known managers is good since they are doing the initial part on choosing good projects specially to those
reputable and popular where success chance is high compared to others and with that alone then you could already presume out.
