This would be a perfect bet on over 6.5 goals with huge odds, but sadly I cant predict the future.
So far I collected 13.50 points and that is not bad considering what happened yesterday, but I need to step up and get more points today.
buwaman have most points in this round, but lets wait and see full results and final points later.

Yesterday games were short of my expectations, and that could be a sign that this year Champions league might likely see some big teams eliminated in the earlier stage because the underdogs are not making it easy anymore. The Vikings game against Bayern Munich was the most surprising result because the bookmakers gave them 21.00 odds to win, quite a ridiculous odd that ended in a draw.

This season seem to be more tougher than last season with the way small teams are very much playing in the league this season they will be a big factor for those big teams, imagine that even the teams are new to the champion league have already got a a lots of experience over the big teams. Bayern Munich who has been playing in the Champions League for very long now, are still find it difficult to defeated Viking.

Bayern Munich has not being at their best recently and its truly disappointing, especially after their draw in their last match too, with their opponent having the lead again. I would really hope that today's game is different and Real Madrid does not disappoint us.

I don’t know what is actually the problem of Bayern Munich that everyone knows they always been in their best form from the beginning of the season up to the end, but have a bad record right from now when the season just started. Real Madrid was also luck in their last goal in the 90 minutes of the game, which doubled their lead they could’ve end up in a draw.

Yesterday was the festival of goals match day as all the games were beautiful to watch but I choose the channel which gave all dangerous attacks or goals scored attacks of all games and watched them all through SkySports. Not getting a penalty is something very good to achieve as despite the penalties are lighter this season they still can quite hinder your progress overall if you keep accumulating them. Getting 15 points is not bad where the top got some near 27 I think this round and as such you have not lost a lot of points in the overall fight.

To be honest, I'm lucky that I avoided the penalty. A terrible round and a note to myself - simply stop picking unders in the group stage no matter how attractive the odds might seem.

I haven't thought it that way but I think there is enough other match days to try that. I honestly love going like 6 out 6 of my stake to an odd of like 10 for example which if hit it would give 60 points. I remember the first season with this format where some guy got some huge amount of points by allocating full 10 stakes to an underdog and he stayed in the top 3 places until the end so maybe this is also not a bad approach at all.

I am not doing that yet, 1 or 2 stakes max, and we can only put 3 on a single pick anyway. I guess I should be happy with this round to catch up to the top but it's not a great performance looking at what others did. But all in approach is better from now with lesser penalties for sure

28.8 points in MD2. I can say that I'm happy considering that it is my second pick attempt at this pool. In 6th position at this point, I'm superbly pleased. This MD was full of surprises, and it is clear to see that the best of this week has around 30 points. The first MD was around 50, so there were many, many surprises this time.

I still use the software, but on a separate computer - I think I’ll disconnect that one from the internet entirely now. I’m at an age where I’d rather avoid unnecessary stress.
You probably noticed that, besides Bayern, Barcelona also let me down? A bet with odds of 40+ didn’t come through! Damn, that’s an unexpected blow for me  I think the third outcome was an Arsenal win. All in all, I’m glad that the bet didn’t fall apart because of just one outcome.
Real pulled off a remontada - excellent, that’s exactly what they needed. Plus now, with Vini disqualified, they will have a free hand in La Liga.

Yeah, when Bodo is playing at home, it's very rare when away team is a favorite, Dortmund wasn't exception. If wetalking about losses, yes, Inter is only one who lost. But Viking taking points from Bayern can't be ignored too. Can't believe that my BTTS and Bayern bet was burned there.
Looks that in 2nd round everyone got less points that in 1st round. But nothing strange because in 1st round almost all games ended with favorites win. Meanwhile this round was very high scoring. Scores like 2:4, 3:4, 6:0. You rarely can see such results in league fottball, but Champions league it happens quite often.

I want to laugh when you curse AS Roma, yes AS Roma's 25th place in the standings is not appropriate, it has sunk too much, in the 2026/27 Champions League this season is a bad journey, Maybe for me, the defeat experienced by the AS Roma club is not the main benchmark in the Champions League.

Seems we have a handful of users who're either banned, have no access, or have voluntarily left the forum -- still playing the various pools and in (highly intermittent) contact. I know Ulven is another who's completely left but... still plays I believe? Saint-loup also looks on the verge of inactivity but still plays. CLS63...

But what struck me was the fact that Roma and Como were leading before they eventually went down, and Inter conceded four goals at home. You can lose a game, sure. But four teams from Italy losing on the same matchday, with three of them conceding three or more goals… that is not good.

They have incredible luck in the Champions League. The strange thing is when they don't win. I don't think even with two buses, it would be difficult to stop for those 10 minutes.

Apparently the urban legend has become true for this week European competitions. This legend says that if the Champions League games will come as predicted then the Europa and Conference league games will have surprise results. The legend also says the opposite that when Champions League games like this week come not as expected then Europa and Conference League will not have a lot of surprise results just like happened yesterday night.
