I think saying Milan can't stand a chance is a bit too harsh as a pre-game assessment. I agree with you that it is not looking very promising for Milan, but we have seen some surprises this season already not only in the Champions League, but also in the Europa League. Nobody would have thought that Braga can stand a chance against Arsenal in two games.

Last season it was Villareal against Bayern Munich. There haven't really been surprises in this season in the Champions League, but there is still some games to go. Sometimes games take some wild turns and weird events happen, like a goalkeeper makes a huge mistake or even receives a red card because he makes a bad move in the first 20 minutes. There must be reason why the performance from ac milan was declining so hard. The last match has proven how bad ac milan right now. The performance is steadily going down instead of going up. This is only a small possibility of the biggest possibility that Napoli will win in this match.
