The UEFA Champion League quarterfinal draw results have been determined as shown here by friends. There are some interesting things from the draw. In addition to reuniting Real Madrid vs Chelsea, another moment that concerns me is the loss of dominance of the Serie A team because one of the three Serie A teams that qualify, one of which will be eliminated early, namely AC Milan vs Napoli.

The Champions League draw today that defines every remaining team in the competition's route to the final is a difficult one for the bigger teams and favours the supposed smaller teams to make it to the final in Istanbul.

One of Napoli, AC Milan, Benfica and Inter Milan will surely make it to this season's final while one of Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern Munich must eliminate the other three teams to make it to the finals. Maybe no one thought that Real Madrid would face Chelsea again in the quarter-finals, considering that the two met in the same round last season. Then there is Benfica who will play against Inter, it seems this is the first time for the two teams to meet in a UCL match. Then, there was Manchester City against Bayern Munich, both of which met in the UCL group phase of the 13/14 season. Then there was the last Milan against Napoli, the two also met for the first time in the UCL match and this was a match for the Italian club in the quarter final round.

If we look at the semifinal draw, I think there are several possibilities that we will see Napoli vs Benfica and Real Madrid vs Manchester City in the semifinals later.

The allegedly weaker teams play against each other with Benfica Lissabon against Inter and Napoli against Milan. I think Napoli is a big favorite here and I would also say that Benfica is not to be underestimated either. They have been very solid so far and play some dangerous offensive soccer.

Chelsea with just the players have a chance considering that they have almost the same quality with the players in Real Madrid, but from coach and tactics angle, Graham Potter is completely inexperienced to face a club with the status of Real Madrid and that will be the problem. Real Madrid have already sent home one English team, another one in blue is about to follow.

This is a tough game to predict, both teams are good and have experience in the champions league, just as the coaches. This game will be down to strategy, team selection and tactics.

AC Milan have struggled so far this season, even in the Champions league, unlike Napoli. With how in-form the Napoli players are, AC Milan will have a tough time. They will have to find a way to manage Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Victor Osimhen and Hirving Lozano who have been sharing the goals and assist.

Inter Milan will meet another club from Portugal and if they win against Benfica, Serie A will have at least one club in final match. In another quarter final, Real Madrid will re-meet their opponent in the past season quarter final, Chelsea. Chelsea now even are worse than in the past season and perhaps they will be knocked out by Real Madrid again.

Real Madrid seem to be happy with their quarter-final draw as Chelsea are a team that looks no better than Liverpool. Chelsea have appeared weak in many appearances, both in the Premier League and other competitions. Therefore, the draw automatically makes Real Madrid the most favorite team to qualify for the semifinals.

Ancelotti in technically far more experienced in the Champions League than Graham Potter. I don't think Chelsea can make things difficult for Real Madrid even if they have one home game, it won't help much if the performances are so unpromising.

Pep Guardiola had coached Bayern Munich for the past few seasons, so Manchester City shouldn't really be expected to have trouble finding solutions to beat Julian Nagelsmann's side. Manchester City must come out victorious in this phase if they want to reach the final, obviously this will be the toughest challenge for Manchester City and also the coach.

Julian Nagelsmann has beaten Barcelona and PSG this season in the Champions League this season. But however he really has to exert all his tactical capabilities to beat Manchester City who are also title contenders this season. This is the most interesting match in my opinion compared to the other 3 matches.

Very interesting. again, Bayern must prove their toughness. after successfully qualifying in the group phase, and overthrow Barcelona. Bayern was met with another tough team, namely PSG. even so, Bayern still proved that they deserved to qualify for the next phase. and yes, this time Bayern's opponent is a team that is one of the strongest challengers in this competition. I'm curious what Nagelsmanns will have to say after the results of this draw. but what is certain, this match must be more interesting than the matches that Bayern Munich went through before.

Meanwhile, the other matches don't really offer exciting matches. whereas, I hope that in this draw Napoli will meet Real Madrid. however, at least both Napoli and Madrid, are both more favored than their opponents. Benfica vs Inter Milan
With the past performance how Benfica beat Club Brugge with big margins and Inter Milan doesn't have a stable performance, Benfica looks more convincing to win.

Real Madrid vs Chelsea
It's similar with Benfica vs Inter Milan, Real Madrid will be have higher chance to win.

AC Milan vs Napoli
I don't know why but AC Milan might able to beat Napoli because they're more experienced in the international match, Napoli is a dark horse team, I didn't mean to underestimating them, but we might see an upset in this match.

Bayern Munich vs Manchester City
This match will be the toughest and interesting match, Haaland will meet his old opponents where he was still playing for Dortmund. I think Haaland will not have any problem since he's already know how Bayern Munich is playing with each player common movement.

One thing maybe little people know. Initially by drawing, both AC Milan and Inter Milan will play their quarter finals in first leg as hosts. However, because they play at the same stadium and by local Milano laws, those two matches are not allowed to play within 24 hours.

Therefore UEFA has to switch initial schedule for Inter Milan because they have less priority than AC Milan as in the past season, they had lower ranking than AC Milan in Serie A. Inter Milan consequently will have to play a first leg at Benfica home stadium.
