Agreed about focusing only on Haaland would be a wrong action. Real Madrid tried to do this but they weren't able to prevent Manchester City from scoring a lot of goals in the second leg anyway. We watched world cup finals with a group of friends, I can't name 5 times all that many of us got together, even our wives were there and we had so much fun, I feel like its not going to be that easy, its going to end up a bit less people this time around. This I would agree on. I don't see a game where Inter Milan would want yo ho on the offensive against Manchester City. Rather, there would want yo seat back and wait, absorb the Manchester City attacks and energy then, repel them with a counter attack. I think you are right here, but someone else already said that there are also things that come into play that nobody can predict and that nobody can influence too much. In the game against Manchester United there was a penalty given against Manchester City and it was a lucky one. One of those handballs where the player didn't even see the ball and then it slightly touched the hand and the penalty was given. These unlucky events can happen in any game and this is something I wouldn't cross out of the range of possibilities for this game. There is always a little luck factor that can bring Inter back into the game even if they concede a goal early. Yes it will be infinitely more difficult for them if they concede a goal early because Manchester City will hardly give the ball away afterwards, but they won't be able to prevent any and all ball possession for Inter Milan.
