There is no doubt that Arsenal is among the favourites in the Europa League. They are lucky because Manchester United will face Barcelona, which means either of them will be eliminated and give the more possibility that Arsenal can  progress to the top level of the Europa League.
But Arteta should be very careful and decisive because he might lose all if he decides to chase both Epl and Europa.

The problem arsenal now is difficult to win if faces a strong club. Like last night, Arsenal lost in the home after face Man City, we don't know what happen, maybe Pep is a teacher and Arteta don't know how to beat him when face to face. And next when meet a strong club from spain like Barcelona you said, maybe Arteta and team will get the hard presure and difficult to win.

Arsenal's defeat in last night's match was purely the fault of the Gunners players. in particular, Timiyasu. The smell of defeat has been seen, since the beginning of the first half started. I think that most favorite to win europa league must be one who will be winning from the match between barcelona vs manchester united, i take the result from last season when frankfurt has become a winner in europa league after it was able beating barcelona. Manchester united and barceloa would become strong candidates to win europa league if there was no play off. I think that it's gonna be a very difficult thing caused by juventus was also performing so well during a few matches in serie a.

MU and Barcelona will be playing without some important players. this gonna be a very interesting match to see. I hope that ten hag will give his best to win against barcelona.

I will not discuss in advance who will win the Europa League this season because there are still many rounds they will face in the future. There are always more powerful surprises in the upcoming matches. Don't forget Arsenal and juventus they are big teams with better quality this season.

During the last four head to head fixtures between Barcelona and Manchester United. Barcelona, with the help of Lionel Messi all four times. Does a win seem possible here with a turnaround with the present Manchester United form since the arrival of Ten Hag. They seem more motivated and ready to play for the club and for the fans.
