It was indeed that checking the graphs and market prices every day is stressful. Having a distance from any of them or even price notification seems to be useful and helps us to live in peace and could sleep well. Because whether we like it or not, things like this ( bear market) will certainly come after the bull season. As we are aware of this situation, we can make decision what to do next for there is nothing that bothering our minds.
