I stated in the rules the exact format users should use for a reason. Sadly, I won’t go and find those threads unless a link is provided.

I will try to give you a little input on this even though you are a senior here, but I just want to give you a few tips on how to include a post link in the title you wrote.
Follow this method:

• Block all posts "title" that topic, then press the hyperlink.

• Then paste your post link in front of the (= ... post link) sign. For example: Re: Spend your valuable times and get valuable knowledge

You dont need to give enticing words to get his attention, the procedure is simple, drop your application and that's the only required format as long as it tally with the required rules
By the way, part of the rules says:

What you don't get applying to get a post merited:

• The certainty of a merit for your submission.

I don't want to go way off-topic here, but this is the first time I've visited this thread and I just want to say welcome to the world I've been living in since I started offering post history reviews.  Nobody reads rules, people expect merits for shitposts, and it's just a giant pain in the ass having to deal with people who either don't read or have unreasonable expectations.

But I'm glad you started up a thread like this, especially in B&H where newbies and others can see it.  I wish more merit sources would do things like this, especially the ones who applied for the position (many did not).  Good luck, fillippone!

May I make a suggestion?  Don't include a huge, unnecessary portion of any post you're replying to like you did with the above.  It just causes others to have to scroll more than needed and it's very annoying when people do it.  If you're looking for merit, you might not want to piss off merit sources or other potential merit-givers.

That's for sure what really happen and we can even see some participants didn't even bother reading the rules like posts from gambling and other boards, sub-boards is not allowed or accepted to be submitted here for this thread of yours for merits. I think you'll be able to manage it for sure. Thanks for the merit. I didn't even think that I would get merits because of it. Honestly, I was so focus on finding four posts that I think it is good enough which one of it is in meta board which I almost ended up including it but it made me think that I should check the rules again and that's why there's only three posts in my reply.
