Not sure if this was addressed, but I found these two rules to be vague as they kind of contradict each other. Fillippone care to give some clarity:)

Not submitting more than 5 post per entry means that, for each time you want your post to be reviewed, we shouldn't submit more than5 post for review

And  we are only limited to a 7 time review which means that, once your profile have been reviewed 7 times through this service or thread, you no longer qualify for a review and have exhausted all your entries

So in nutshell

Only submit 5 post per entry for 7 entries

I think you are not eligible to submit a new application. I think you are not following the rules of this thread. You have submitted more entries than anyone else. You submitted round 7 in your last entry and you submitted round 7 twice and got merit. So it is not round 5 it will be round 9.

But I don't know how fillippone will see this?

According to the rules, if your submitted posts are 120 days old, then your submitted post will be ignored, this is clearly mentioned in the rules. Your this post is "182 " day old, So you should change this expired post and give a post that is maximum 120 days old, otherwise it will just be ignored.

When we revisit threads like this we should make sure to have a new look at the OP because it's very likely that the rules have changed, if the rule change had been that hero members and above are no longer permitted to apply here for review then you would have still posted regardless, at least now you know what the rules say about how many entries and individual is allowed to make though you would have probably posted Round 8 if you didn't see the change to the OP.

This is Fillippone rules, and there isn't even any place he mentioned having more than 7 entries. So having 9 entries is even already a violation of the rules...Maybe Fillippone could clarify..

Merit begging is prohibited in this forum, if you went through the forum rules then you would definitely come across it but since you didn’t I’ll refresh your brain again to go through the rules again and make sure  you don’t fall victim of breaking the rules because there are penalties.

And the way you make your post isn’t corresponding with others, I can assume you just glance through the rules in this thread or maybe you didn’t at all. Try to read rules please, if you go to the first page you would find the better way of making post in this thread and if you post your post then the OP might find it helpful and give you merits but this isn’t the way.
