Okay. We are already confused about the No KYC so we're out!  Cheesy
But ohh my gooood they offer 100% bonus up to 250USD. That's good.  There are willing users who would try that. It's still worth risking depending on their personality.

Thanks for saving me time to read about their ToS because it's clearly misleading to see "No KYC" in the OP.

In any case, we have another casinos here, and the competition is going to be tough for new ones because some casinos have established themselves.

Nevertheless, it will be a challenge to the new ones like Euphoriabet.io. Although they are more focused on Esports and I don't think majority here are into it.

True true. Esports is not very popular in this forum,  this must work when promoted in the gamer's platform.

Why do you say there is NO-KYC when on your website you claim that you are collecting phone numbers, ID cards, addresses, and other documents from your customers?
I don't see that you have any gambling license and I think there is high risk of using any new gambling website like this.

I join the concern of notblox1, and others who have commented on the contradiction about KYC.

You can't headline this thread with a capital NO KYC, when your TOS and privacy service talk about KYC and AML as on many other sites.

There are many complaints on this forum from people who are upset that after winning a certain amount, the casino requires KYC, and it is partly their fault for not having read their TOS, but the title of this thread is totally misleading.

Now, I don't agree that not having a licence makes a casino less reliable. Freebitco.in doesn't, to give one example, and others. Plus in the past many have operated without a licence and without scamming anyone.

We see a lot of Sport betting sites popping up everywhere, but this one is refreshing ..because it's main focus seems to be on the neglected part of Sports betting, namely eSports!

You should really consider adding more than two Crypto currencies for your site to be a competitor in the Crypto currency scene. How did you decide on the name for your website? ==> euphoriabet.io  (Anything related to the series called Euphoria)

How transparent are they nowadays it's very easy to make a site with all manner of benefits from the site just to entice and attract people's attention while they stabilizes in few months with much high turnover then they turned day to night and made away with people funds  and cookup a story to defend themselves.

I think everyone should be very mindful, recently casino sites doesn't only accept 2 crypto currencies but extended to like 5 to 9 different
crypto currencies for easier purpose. But this site only focused on the 2 major currency which is partially looking suspicious .

Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting  and Roulette

For a new casino looking top build reputation from scratch. Don't you think the NO KYC claim is dishonest and harms people's trust towards your service. When you talk about NO KYC. then there should be no single case of a customer getting KYCed

You have so many paragraphs talking about KYC and AML policy on your terms of service - (archived) and Privacy policy - (archived)

We do not require KYC if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting

Welcome to Bitcointalk.

I am more interested in NO KYC as you said, because okay, you don't require KYC for now, but for how long will you do this? Because the regulator can watch your site and force you to apply the KYC anytime.

It seems we should familiarize ourselves with NO KYC right now, but tomorrow the casino can apply KYC. But we hope you can tell your members before you apply for KYC so we can decide by ourselves and because of forced.

Very few platforms emergency for the purpose of eSports betting. In recent days it is the second one to operate dedicatedly for eSports. Earlier it was thunderpick.com which has got eSports along with sports betting and casino. KYC free access is a big attraction and many users find this welcoming. It is good to go through the conditions before making a deposit, because when some issue arises there is need of KYC.

Looking at the site, you”ll see the matches right away and it’s really good to have a site that focuses more on the Esports. This site looks interesting, I’ve been following the Esports recently since I’m a player too, and having this site can help me think if I’m going to place a bet or not. Any chance to add other crypto as an option? I also suggest to have a marketing campaign here which can boost this site.

Yes, this site is focused on esports, and I have not seen others concentrate on the same. One of the primary reasons is esports is not followed by many. I also do not follow it and I was expecting that they might have something on sports. The only feature that I like here is no KYC.

You should know better, all casinos will ask for KYC if they violate the rules and are suspected of cheating but they are not promoting themselves as a no KYC casino, if you're promoting as a no KYC it's literally no KYC, the readers will take it as it is based on your title, you will just invite cheaters in your site because you promoted your casino as no KYC, but if they know that there is an exception then they will think twice joining and cheating the casino.

Good point, there should be no KYC at all when a site claims to have NO KYC. For me it sounds like a marketing strategy only because maybe OP know that most people in this forum against KYC, so he use that words to attract people. Yes it can be misleading because most people do not read ToS or T&C before joining a platform. In fact KYC might be asked for some specific reason as stated in ToS. Basically it is the same with most other reputable casinos in this forum. They do not implement mandatory KYC and they have a term related to KYC but they do not claim to be "no kyc" casino.

The point is, you will still ask for someone to verify at any one point due to "suspicious activity". This is a gray area. Anyone can be suspicious until proven otherwise. Even someone who has not broken any rules can be suspicious.
NO KYC simply means no one will ever be asked KYC, suspicious or not suspicious. There is no in between.

We do not require KYC if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting

Its like fooling around once they implement KYC since they supposed to be a non KYC compliant as they claim that on their thread. So if they ask this then maybe this is a red flag because they can make this as an excuse for people who doesn't want to provide it to hostage their money if they don't do this procedure. But anyways let see how they can serve quality experience to their bettors.

OP should do the right thing, take out the non-KYC in the title and replace it with another compelling tag line don't boast as a no KYC casino when you are not, there was a casino in the past that also boast of a no KYC casino but they have KYC in their TOS, I don't remember the name but it's not existing anymore, who would trust a casino who tries to deceive people from a policy that contradict their terms, let's see if they will take that non KYC or people should cautious on this casino.

Welcome to the forum. Yes, indeed, your KYC policy is disclosed in the relevant section of the TaC and if the player does not abuse it, he may be able to avoid the KYC procedure. Are you going to expand the sports betting section by adding real matches or will you limit yourself to esports only?

With the way of the look, this casino is likely to make much difference in gambling services provided that it maintain it standard to be KYC free casino inwhich most gamblers are on the look after for privacy, then it will also do good if their target at least for the start now is quality service delivery that will best suit the interest of gamblers for a try, and lastly, they should maintain working on their site to ensure zero attack from gamblers on their site.

It's same like 99% of casinos in this forum that have mandatory KYC, this mean your casino and the other doesn't have something different. If you're want to say your casino is really 100% No KYC you should check Freebitco and Anonibet, visit their terms of service and find the word "KYC" on their pages.

The bonus doesn't interesting, moreover this casino have mandatory KYC while they don't have any gambling license, need to be careful.
