Looks like others pointed out from your terms of service that KYC is "required" (not even optional), but you still stating that it's a NO KYC crypto based casino. That's not how you build trusts. Stop luring people into your casino giving false information. Doesn't look good at all. You will only be accused of scamming users once their funds get stuck and they will have to pass KYC. If you want players, edit your post, be more transparent and people will register. There are people that are looking for good casinos and they don't really care about KYC.

Just to drop my view on the KYC issues that have triggered a discussion on this thread, I think that a gambler should read through the terms and conditions of the casino before creating an account on the casino to avoid any confusion when the site demand KYC later on.

Most casinos ask for KYC from gamblers especially when there is a suspension of abuse of any kind.

Yes and that's why all the issues should be cleared at the beginning, it could be harm for casino reputation in the beginning, currently most of the casinos are going through such a process, if kyc is not required to open the account in the beginning, but later they will require kyc through some policy.  And for this, everyone should check the terms and conditions carefully before making a deposit.

After finding a serious vulnerability, I reported it to their team.
I obviously can't expect bug bounty rewards when the website doesn't have such a program, but this is the first website I've ever bug hunted on that didn't pay ANYTHING.
The vulnerability made me able to generate infinite USDT+BTC.
My advice is to avoid this site. You could easily lose your crypto due to a malicious actor (If the site bankroll is cleaned).

The problem here is that, you are claiming to be NO KYC betting site but when they checked the ToS it is clearly stated there  so better to be more honest since other site have this kind of rules as well and they are honest in the first place, KYC seems to be a thing now so better to tell the truth and gain the trust of gamblers by doing this. The point of my review is to let potential customers know that a bug has been found (And fixed), and that their funds might not be safe.

I’m not professional on this technicalities but is there support acknowledge your report as high risk? Afaik most of new casino like this usually don’t invest much on public bug bounty program so what you are doing is just a volunteer work and you don’t need to demand them to pay you.

And also you made a warning message here after you report the bug to the admin. Meaning that they are already aware and probably fixed so your warning here is already not valid. Your negative comment is an obvious retaliation for not paying to your volunteer service.

But for me, You should received an incentives if the bug that you find is really high risk because you didn’t exploit it by yourself.

Well, if what you are talking about is really true, then what you have discovered can be considered a critical vulnerability, which of course is the most sensitive for the existence of casinos and if they treat security issues in this way, it is better to stay away, you never know what other bugs there are on the carpet.

Wintomato paid me for the data leakage vulnerability, and I still let people know about it (Check my post history).
The reason for posting warning messages is to let people (Customers) know that they fucked up, and that it might happen again.

I've seen some KYC issues around here, I advise OP to remove the NO KYC on the title because it might lead into confusion knowing that you are asking KYC for suspicious account just like any other casinos. NO KYC is a strong word now and putting it on a title could make a ANN thread attractive though it can make a misunderstanding just like what happened here. I promise you that it can lead in a big issue in the future given that you have a no verification(no kyc) on your website but required KYC on suspicious account on TOS.

Aside from KYC I like how your casino focus on e-sports game. With most common and famous game out there where competitiveness is focused. I'm sure there will be improvement on the website soon. Welcome to the forum!

If you state in the title of the ad that you are not going to implement KYC, it only raises more questions and you can expect such reactions from people. We've seen a lot of gambling sites in the past that all said they didn't have to do KYC but if players wanted to be paid, there were out of the blue exceptions where they had to be asked. I therefore think that this promise is of little use, and whether the casino really isn't going to ask for KYC, time will tell. At this point I would have my doubts about that.

The above post is the statement of the team towards KYC.
So at the moment, they are not requiring KYC, unless they suspected you from violating their ToS.
However, with the scenarios that we have observed in a lot of gambling sites, they sometimes require KYC even if you haven't violated any of their protocols,
but just because you got big winnings. Now, up to you how you will trust the site about their statement on this aspect.

Basically, anyone can deposit, play and withdraw under normal conditions without performing KYC.  So I think there is no problem announcing that they don't do KYC.  It is also part of the marketing, telling people one of the unique features of the casino.  KYC will be implemented when they found an account suspicious.  So it is part of an investigation when the situation isn't "normal".
