What's there to prove? Their Terms of Service clearly state that they require KYC from their customers, so there is no need to prove anything.

They won't request for KYC when you sign up and make deposits, but the moment you win huge and try to withdraw, KYC will be requested.

they should rectify the title thread as based on their terms they can require kyc if they deem necessary. or maybe, state that no kyc for certain period of time while they are starting in this business. but in case of huge winnings, more then likely they will ask the player to submit kyc. what is the likelihood that such situation will happen? remember, they can easily allege the player that the funds come from unauthorized entities, if they say so.

But the issue is, what is their right to collect KYC when their platform is unregulated?  It is the right thing to not ask for KYC since they don't have the right legally to ask for anyone's information because they can't give an excuse like the authority asking them to.  I agree with decodx that the platform has no right to ask for KYC since they are unregulated by the government.

Even if they are not licensed, they still need to take some procautions to protect their business. Imagine if some players create multi accounts to abuse one of their bonuses. How can they prove all those accounts belong to the same person if they can't force him to verify his identity?

Well, to be fair, you also have a right not to sign up on such unregulated casinos that may collect your KYC at one point, don't you?
