I think you should set your own goal when you want to sell your Bitcoin, since when you buy Bitcoin the price goes down and when you sold your Bitcoin the price is up maybe it's because you panic selling when the Bitcoin go down after you buy it and it rebounds to at some price which made you get some heart attack. Try to hold for the long term and something like this is almost not going to happen.

Predicting the future doesn't make you a profit because you may end up predicting it wrong. But, if you calculate when you should sell based on the price and not the date, you will end up with a profit for sure. I am not saying that I will sell it next year, or the year after that, or next month, it doesn't matter "when" it will reach where I need it to reach.

I always say that I will sell when it is high enough amount that I would be able to retire with it, and right now it is impossible to do that with bitcoin, but if I could earn more from altcoins that go to moon, then I will be able to retire when the amount is enough for me to retire, not "when" but "how much".

You can stop trading. Trading is not for you, you can buy bitcoin only for a long term purpose and pay no attention to the price fluctuations. It happened to me, when I was trading I was so much clued to my screen to the extent that I don't even trust my stop loss . When my portfolio reduces much, that feeling that the market will never reverse will overwhelm me, I'll then sell. After selling at loss, few days later the market will start rising again.
This happened to me because I came from the foundation of forex trade, where if market goes against you, it might never reverse till eternity.

When I noticed that trading wasn't good for my health, I started buying for a long term purposes with DCA paying little/no attention to price fluctuations. I now have peace of mind.

My advice to you is... take a break and do other things that will get your mind off btc price fluctuation. The more you look at it, the more you get apprehensive over the market condition and the more it will affect your health.
I would have suggest you hodl it for long period but from the tone of your voice, you sounded like you have limited cash and your invested fund will be required in a short term. if this is the case, you can always sell and wait for when the market is in recovery to get back in again.

It is always serviceable to only invest what you can afford to lose or invest your spare cash that will not be needed in a short period. There is nothing anybody can do at this point than to patiently wait for market recovery. There is no need to give yourself heart attack over something that is totally out of your control. It seems you were not well mentally prepared before investing into bitcoin. You need self learning or preferably a coach to guide you about that. Investing into bitcoin is not a life sentence that you feel like having heart attack. These are one of the things you should avoid as a beginner, not having enough knowledge and jumping into investment without prior research.
