maybe you went too quickly into bitcoin investing before understanding the basics of investing or trading in crypto. so you haven't decided on a plan when you buy bitcoin for the long term or are just limited to buying at a low price and selling at a high price to look for a quick profit.
if you know something about bitcoin chances are you won't have a heart attack. it's clear that if you buy bitcoin and the price drops right away, you don't have to panic and sell it. because of the history of bitcoin's journey from several years ago, bitcoin will always surprise all investors who believe it like you sell your bitcoin but after that the price goes up, it's like a surprise if you don't sell it.
and chances are you also buy bitcoins using money for daily needs so you always panic about the state of bitcoin when the price drops. use the remaining unused money for investment.
and now all you have to do is hold your bitcoins and enjoy the upcoming bull season, but who knows when.

Are you trading using futures trading because the price didn't move that much and it's not a big deal when you are using spot trading only.

Anyway. You should stop chasing both loss and profit to stop this kind of dilemma on your trading. You are on panic mode that's why your trading is a messed and probably you are checking the price most of the time. Set stop loss and take profit so that you can be relax while you are trading. Don't trade base on your emotion because you will surely not be contented on whatever the result.

If you are trading like this, it is better to have a good check up rather than fearing for your heart bursting looking at the market  . Like everyone mentioned above, when you invest in any asset, never think about the short term, always think about the long term and right now the market is in a bear hold, you need to invest now and forget about it for the next couple of years until the next halving and then make a decision rather than selling at a loss.

Nothing because you've already sold it, unless you buy again and wait for the price to go back up and don't always look at price movements and start focusing on the goal and selling when it's at the desired price target. You have to control your emotion, set aside it and focus on your strategy.
You are not alone thinking the same way, but again you should be able to trade confidently and beside if you get a profit that’s still a good result, we cannot chase the market from time to time better to enjoy that profit and wait for the price go down again before buying. Buying then it dumps and selling then it pumps simplyeans one thing; your not the best at analysis!
Fortunately, that's cool. Like, it's not so difficult about bitcoin as there is and has always been a simple solution and that is, hold.

Your biggest mistake at your choice with your earned bitcoins was selling all of it. It's the one thing you should not do. Sure, preparation is a crucial part, it determines the result in trading or in investment. When we failed to have good preparation (a lack of knowledge), it very possibly leads to a failed result (a loss). Crypto investment or trading isn't something easy to predict, it has a high risk and is very unpredictable. That's why it requires sufficient knowledge to optimize the chance to win/succeed. Well firstly if trading is giving you panic attacks you need to stop trading because your own mental health is way more important than making money.

Secondly if you think you are fit to continue reading, my advice is to do dummy trading for sometime so you know when to buy or sell. Watching the charts yeild a lot of information regarding ups and downs. You have to buy at the low and sell at the high.

New traders often end up buying at the highs. This can be avoided by sensitising yourself with dummy trading.
