Meiyappan did good bowling and maintained the economy. UAE too can't be considered simple, but they lack the stability if wickets fall. Someone to withstand is much needed for them.

The pitch is suitable for spin bowling therefore if Srilanka can reach 140 then it will be a defendable target as they have good spinners in their bowling lineup. At the moment 140 as a target looks too gloomy, they have already lost two wickets and the batters are really struggling to take singles. This match is crucial for Srilanka to stay in this tournament.

Why not? Namibia is not very experienced, while UAE has a lot of ex-Indian and Pakistani players. And they have started quite well. After 10 overs, UAE is at 58/1. If they could accelerate during the last 4-5 overs, then life may get tough for the Namibians. UAE bowlers created issues for both Netherlands and Sri Lankan batsmen during the previous matches. Anyway Namibia knows the importance of this match and that is the reason why they included Ruben Trumpelmann in the XI. They need wickets at this point.

It was so heartbreaking to see Namibia failing to qualify for the Super-12. They played so hard in their first match to defeat Sri Lanka. But then they lost two consecutive matches against two of the weaker sides (Netherlands and the UAE). And in both cases, the loss was primarily due to poor captaincy. They persisted with out of form batsmen in the top and middle order, rather than sending in form batsmen such as David Wiese. In the end, Wiese didn't got enough time out there to score runs, and he ran out of partners.

I had a doubt that West Indies won't cross 150 runs today, they scored only 146 runs in full 20 overs and lost 5 wickets, so I don't see a chance for them to win today, I think Ireland will win today and they will only take 18 to 19 overs.  will be able to meet the target
