Hi Sherif. I got your account ID. I checked with my colleagues they say you do have the bonus money credited to your account. BUT you need to wager it with your main balance.  Our system shows that you havent wagered it yet.
Please check where you can find you bonuses and kindly make a screenshot of the same section in your own account.
Moreover, you dont need to withdraw with your EUR balance. Kindly create another account with different currecny with the preffered currency and you will be able to deposit and withdaw without any fees. However, for the first time, you need to withdraw with the same payment method you used for deposit.

Oh man, I remember using one casino that is using this exact payment system and it is a nightmare.

Sheriff for as much as I know about the megapari bonus system if you talking about the 100% bonuses at least with my experience with the casino as one member who took part in the reviews campaigns and missed out on my first time deposit bonuse I will tell you that, you may have not received the bonus due to the fact that you made the deposits without filling in you personal details on the profile page.

Because when I hard difficulties in claiming same bonuse on my chase to get the bonus at last I gave up when I discovered that it part of they rules not to give players who did not filled in their profile to 100% before making deposits.

2. You did not wager the previous one as you only deposited 1.64 mBtc - to wager your 6 EUR you need to make stakes  6 EUR x 25 = 150 EUR
3. I see that you lost your balance already
4. To make use of the bonus you dont need to deposit again BUT TO GET THE WINNING, you need to deposit and make stakes according to the formula your winning x 20

When next you organise a promo/bonus, make sure to provide clear guidelines before giving out free spins to minimise confusion and doubts; no one on this thread has received/credited their bonuses because you continuously changing the requirements to make them unclaimed. I think it is a way to deter people from using multiple accounts. It doesn't completely tackle the problem but is enough enough to not try it.
