The last out, everything was complicated, I was in paradise and gave up on claiming your giveaway. I am not saying this to extract the "promised" reward, but only to point out that a complicated process is counterproductive. After my last experience, any promotion here is not attractive to me if I know that I have to go through too many steps.

I'm not participating in this one after my last encounter with bonus points.I mentioned certain concerns last time, and I'm hoping the admin will consider them this time. Give explicit guidelines, state your terms and conditions, and set the process to run automatically if the bonus requirements are met. Last time was a disaster; we had to remind the admin about our bonuses and ended up losing everything.

The markets on AFCON tournaments are great BTW. Keep up.

Second, EUR I believe not other currency.

Third, I don't think it will be exchanged by cash.

That two 10Euro bets to get lottery tickets has lost me...and the rules aren't clear cut especially that somewhere in the general terms $5 is mentioned as minimum yet you don't get any lottery tickets for using this denomination!!!

Just for clarity, I have betting tickets which aren't counted and am wondering if am doing something wrong here...and btw am using USD..so does the amount have to be exact to be a valid entry to get me a lottery ticket ?? Anyway check DM you check account

It's mustn't be the exact amount as every single ticket from €20 and above gets you only 1 lottery ticket. ( €21 or €50.....= 1 ticket)

Let me do some rough work here.

From my experience; €20 bet on a single ticket get you 1 lottery ticket, €100 on a single ticket also get you 1 lottery ticket so the best way to make use of your €100 is to place a single bets of €20 per ticket to get 5 lottery tickets.

Small tip: if you have €100 to wager, don't wager it on a single ticket, splits it into 5 different tickets (€20).

Thought this affected smaller competitions(leagues) but unfortunately this goes as far as the big competitions such as the premier League which I believe we have room to do better...tried to speak with support and response not pleasing to read!! Hope something can be done about this...
