This is very common, newbies come to the forum to complain about what it is happening to them with a casino or with an exchange and the community tries to offer advice on what to do to help them but then they never return.

Whether this is because they simply gave up and accepted they were never going to get their money back or their problems were solved to the casino, since they have no interest in this forum at all they simply never login to tell us what happened, which can be unfair for the casino in question because even if they solved the problem since we have no way to verify this is the truth that casino will soon find itself on the blacklist of a great deal of users here.

Update: DG7 has since offered me $5,000 USDT on the $131,000 USDT owed to me after they received the results of the provider reviews. At first they tried to say that the providers told them that there are too few players on the site for them to verify the wins, but after I pressed they essentially admitted that I won more than they bring in. Last I was told they needed to contact their "boss" and "investor" and ask them if they can help them pay it. Needless to say I am completely devastated, because I spent so much money with this site and finally hit big for the first time ever. That money would have done so much for me. Obviously the lesson here for everyone I guess is that the truth is no matter what site you play on, or what licenses they may have, or whatever - the fact is there's never a complete guarantee you'll get paid when you win.

If the casino offered such payment arrangements, then, accept it. As long as they will pay you in the scheduled time rather than not receiving at all.
You can understand such situation will arise if the casino is not so big, and they can't pay up big winnings.

I think it is important to clarify if they are offering to pay in several installments of which those 5k are just the first payment you will receive or if they are only willing to pay 5k out of the 131k you won, if it is the first scenario then it makes sense to accept this and keep track of how much money you have been paid, but if it is the second scenario then it is a scam as they owe you money and they have not intention to pay you what you rightfully won.

Unfortunately many users here, don't gamble and don't care about gambling at all, they just make posts to fulfill quotas of posts in the Gambling section for their signature campaign. Most of times it's just boring as hell to have to scroll dozens of garbage messages but when they spam nasty BS on a serious case it hurts the whole community. So I think you should name them here.

Operating a business without enough bankroll is a scam through and through. Imagine a player betting over $10K before finally hitting a jackpot but the casino only wants to pay $5K.

If instead of braying you read what the OP said in the last post you wouldn't be making up that he's going to get paid bit by bit. Of the $131,000 he was simply offered $5,000 and that's it, not a penny more.
