1. Site design especially the graphics. It's nicely done for blocks but it really looks like a white and gray page (home page). I was actually confused if the site loaded all it's files like css and stuffs :-)

you don't have to deposit 5k USDT to participate in their 100% welcome bonus. it says "up to" 5k USDT, which means that their bonus will be applicable to 20 USDT up to 5k USDT.
