It is not a big issue who bought a domain first and who sold it to.  It's all about who the current owner of the domain is and what he's using the domain for.  Here coinplay is a premium domain and the current owner is controlling a casino site by it.  And now the big thing is how much he will be able to make this site popular.  And how good service users will get from here . Coinplay is able to generate huge traffic for their site.  It seems they are moving towards a better level

The previous owner have no intention of building the domain and that's why it's held long enough to be bought by the new owner and made it as a casino.

- FAQ
FAQ is a shorter version of Terms of Service (ToS) and I will look at FAQ first to find important rules I am interested in. If I don't find what I want or feel like I need more details for my findings, I will search more in ToS page.
