Yep that's right, I can see that short term signature campaign doesn't do that much especially if the members of the signature campaign is just few. Starting a long term signature campaign is expensive and we know that, But I think those who run long term signature campaign here such as Stake is very effective. Imagine paying couple thousand of dollar per week to promote their casino. I can see it's effective since Stake signature campaign is running for few years now. Though it is fine to run a campaign testing for the sake of visibility of the casino but don't expect massive results since you are new and there is so much competition in the casino business. Or maybe a switch would do, just the same way you have a switch that shift the games from casino to sports games easily, you can also introduce a switch that shifts from light to dark background, this will be very helpful for users who prefer the darker side of casinos  .

Same here, they made a good choice of campaign manager. The website looks fine to me, Royse777 among others here have complimented the website design. The user interface is really friendly and attractive, I also think something should be done about the lighting, my eyes get sore easily when I look at my pc screen for too long so a dark mode option would be very nice.

Glad that you like the design but many users didn't really like it but they can follow what @slowdeath have suggested which is to add an extra theme and then users can decide if what suits them. There is no need for them to change the design according to the votes of the users because that can only affect some of the users. It's also great that they have mobile applications.
