From indications, it clear that the OP clearly don't know where to begin from or how to deny the allegations here, which also confirms that coinplay is indeed an affiliate company of 1xbit.

So for personally, I would urge us to give coinplay the benefit of the doubt and give them time to see how they turn out, maybe 1xbit is trying to use this new casino to write their wrongs and make amends, the future is what will clarify everything, how they handle and resolve issues with customers, how quick they respond to issue regarding their and customer winnings/fund...

Thanks for the clarification. This explains a lot. I believe it’s better if you will provide a concrete proof that will disconnect you on 1xbit including how you ended up using the same software built by 1xbet platform that you claim here.

I do a little research about the background of the company owner of Coinplay.com. It was owned by Envision Digital N.V while 1xbet affiliated casino is owned by company 1X corp N.V. There’s a chance too that they really just use 1xbet software as reference since the website is popular outside the forum. I will give them a benefit of the doubt as long as they still didn’t show any red flag behavior.

First I want to commend the coinplay team and representative for coming out to clear the air about their alleged involvement and connection to a casino that has a bad reputation in this forum, and most importantly stating that you are not in any way related to them, but again coinplay should try as much as possible, to clear everything up totally and clearly distance themselves from 1xbet since coinplay is an independent company there should take the pain of changing everything that relates or connect them to 1xbit and try to write their own terms and conditions void of any words, character or sentence that are contained in other casinos terms and conditions unless some few general rules that all casino have same.
