This type of account exchange can have many reasons behind but mostly buyers will use their bought accounts for non-good purposes like cheating casinos, scamming or fraudulent activities. I don't know what that person did with that account but you made a good finding regarding to intolerable activity on gambling sites.

There are many casino platforms that do not pay much attention to such problems. But you took it very seriously. Really seeing you so active made me become a subscriber on your platform. I have bet on various betting sites but never on your betting site. I decided to bet on your platform from now on.

I believe any person have a facebook account, it means almost people's identity already leaked in the first place.
Having a Facebook account and verifying KYC on a platform isn't the same. Facebook doesn't verify your identity in the first place. Facebook won't know if you are using fake information to create an account. But, Once you create an account on a casino and you have to submit KYC. You cannot submit fake information to verify your account. On top of that, You cannot compare a facebook account with a KYC. Nobody on the internet knows if the account is real or not.

But almost everyone will input their real name and other information because they're still young and don't know about privacy matter, you can change your information but it doesn't make facebook wouldn't record all of your original information. You can't change all of your information too e.g. they will restrict you to change your username. In the last few years ago, there's a rumor where facebook sold their users' data or got hacked.

What I am saying is, facebook doesn't require you to verify your identity. Facebook is used by a lot of users including the average joe. Even if you create your facebook account with real information, people won't know if it's real or not. But KYC forces you to verify that your information is correct. Moreover, Facebook doesn't know how much money you have until you share it with them. But, once you verify a KYC on a exchange or a casino. You are dealing with money and they can trace your wallet which is privacy concern.

Identity leaking is possible everywhere on the internet. No matter how big the company is. Usually, Casinos require you to verify High-level KYC once you have a smart amount of money in your balance. But, an average joe doesn't need any document to create a Facebook account unless you are a content creator and want to verify your account/page. What I am trying to say is that your Facebook profile information is unreliable compared to your submitted KYC information.

the most important thing is do whatever you want to do while you are able to accept all the risks that will get and always see the reputation of the casino before doing KYC, it will be better.
I agree with this because there are not a few gamblers who push their own abilities so that in the end they only get regret. It is important to know your own abilities so that you can set limits when doing everything. Regarding KYC gamblers don't need to think about it too much because there are so many casinos that have a good reputation and guarantee the safety of every gambler who plays there so that we as gamblers don't worry when giving KYC to the casinos we use. A little advice from me, it's always important to do research on every casino you choose. because when we are able to accept all the risks and have thought about it before registering at the casino, of course we will do some research before registering and especially for old gamblers they will definitely understand this better. regarding KYC, currently most popular casinos do not require KYC to bet, deposit, or withdraw small amounts or do not exceed the limits set by the casino. if it's possible to exceed the limit set by the casino, I think it's fine to do KYC at a reputable casino as long as you accept all the risks. and sometimes popular casinos usually when asking for KYC to make a deposit and betting only ask for KYC level 1 which means you don't have to fill in complete personal data.

I'm the same as you, I don't have a problem with KYC as long as the casino can be trusted and at least it's not a new casino, especially if it doesn't have a reputation, it should be avoided, I prefer old casinos and have a high reputation on their site, of course, I will complete my KYC if asked but if not asked I will continue to play. Off course many other members of the forum have the same mindset similar to both of us because only criminals and abusers are afraid of getting caught up unless for those who are highly privacy concerned, but for a law abiding citizens who are just out to live their normal life I don't think we will have many problems with KYCs. -As we know the integral role KYC plays in financial sectors and private financial service providers in our societies and how we can't do without them. It is not a problem for us to provide KYC to trusted and reputable casinos. But it will be a problem for those gamblers who prioritize anonymity in gambling. They don't want other people or other parties to know their personal identity, either because they have a lot of assets or because they are afraid that personal data will be misused. I don't know because so far when I have given KYC to casinos, I have never experienced any problems. Not a few and almost all gamblers do not like KYC.

That looks like a serious and detailed scam accusations to me! Therefore, I recommend the Coinplay official account to respond to the allegation and clarify the case. Otherwise, such a case could damage the reputation that has been built up so far. Especially because a signature campaign from Coinplay is currently running and such an unsolved case could ruin all the efforts to make a positive impression here in the forum. This is a well-intentioned recommendation from me.

As you can see, they already got a DT negative tag which is super bad. Their official account was active a couple of minutes ago, and they simply ignored the scam accusation. I am not sure if they saw that thread. Since OP also posted here, they must see it, and I hope they will come up with a solution. Spending thousands of dollars on signature won't help them if they doesn't resolve issues here.

Hi GekkeBelg, The decision on your issue has been posted in that topic. We saw the post you wrote from your side. But you did not write any details because of security reason (according to you). Did you notice the negative tag you got from DT Network? I have asked a few questions on the scam accusation thread. i hope you will check it and write a reply. The user already wrote everything in details and I believe he is unlikely to lie. Would you mind sharing if you guys support any 3rd party mediators?

Generally speaking, I am not against KYC and as a matter of fact, I am a fan of KYC but it must be done properly to avoid any third-party access to the data provided, so KYC on a reputable site is no problem but the problem will only arise when you share sensitive ID documents to sites that give access to identity thefts either knowingly or otherwise.
To be very honest, no one is a fan of KYC but most gamblers have no choice but to do the KYC in order to gamble on most platforms. Yes, doing the KYC at trusted platforms may give us a piece of mind but there is still nothing grantee that our sensitive data may not be misused and more importantly not sold to third parties or on the dark web. The unreputed gambling sites need money and we can expect anything from them. I heard that there are few gambling business whom purpose if only to collect the LY data for misuse.

Coinplay, I give you until Saturday to reverse your decision and pay me out my fair NBA winnings. Or to agree to hand over the case to an independent investigator such as Askgamblers or Ecogra (you can choose which one). If you do neither of these 2 options then a flag will be created and a complaint will be filed at the Curacao Antillephone license, which I know has the best reputation out of all 4 license providers in Curacao, and they will take my complaint seriously.
You can end this right here and save your reputation. Be wise.
