I'm sure that such thoughts would not exist in Elon's brain. him buying Twitter certainly had other goals in mind for the plans he came up with. not just fad and having fun with his wealth.
I believe it will never happen. buying a forum without any business consideration in it, it will be a disservice.
or will Elon turn forums into his other business? it makes companies that will make marketing here have to pay in advance to the forum. ah, that would just kill the forum.

Elon Musk will remove Bitcointalk from his must-buy list and he controls it. As you said, the geniuses on this forum have a decentralized ideology so that no one can control it. This forum is a place where is free to express opinions and no one will be able to control it, except for the rules that have been implemented and cannot be violated.

Last time I checked he was not into Bitcoin anymore, in favor of Dogecoin. In fact, I remember that some months ago the market was completely flooded with dog shitcoins, only because of him.

Also, It is silly someone would ever need to flush down a toilet over 40 billion dollars for the sake of their ego. I still believe there must be some plan for Elon Musk to monetize Twitter in an relatively-effective way.

Elon musk is a potential investors that like to invest his money on a particular project that he will have 100% control over the the income, I guess this will be some of the reasons he will not buy bitcointalk, because is a platform that contain decentralized users.

The OP thought Elon Musk will buy Bitcointalk because he bought Twitter, not knowing that he did not just buy Twitter, he bought it for no much reasons than to use it to make more money, that is why he sacked many staff already and looking for more ways Twitter can generate more income. For income generating reasons, Elon Musk can not buy this forum, he can only go for the ones like Twitter which he had gone for. The second reason he bought Twitter is to have more influence, which this forum may not provide for him for the kind of influence he has already.

Yes , you are right . We are not surprise to elon buy twitter . But in my personal opinion , he did not only buy twitter because he have unlimited money but also he is a skilled businessman . He knows the business skilled better. He invest on twitter and he can make a huge amount of profit by it.

I even think that he doesn't even know that this forum exists, let alone know that he is going to purchase it. Honestly, the forum is just a small space for crypto lovers like us to operate, it's not as big and popular as Twitter but other social networks. Twitter offers a lot of advertising services that can make money and that's what Elon is aiming for, he will only care about things that will generate profits for him. You need to correct one point which you missed and that is, Elon musk does not have unlimited money, and since bitcointalk is not for sale he may not have the money or the reputation it take to own Bitcointalk, the forum have administrator that have constantly stressed that bitcointalk have an enough Bitcoin reserve that could carter for whatever the forum needs and some of this funds are spent on new software development.

I will always and forever believe in our admins and mods here, they have the same core values and they will not allow Elon to ruin this place as well, twitte is a mess now we used to tweet our crypto insights in twitter as well but it is no longer the twitter before, this forum share the common interest and mindset with satoshi, so I think if Elon will try to buy this one it will be a BIG NO for him. bitcointalk is our safe haven.

There could be mass exodus of users, specially those who have been here in the community for many years as who don't like Elon Musk playing us here in our own community.

Even at his own company now, Twitter, employees doesn't want to work with him anymore because of the work ethics he wanted to imposed to his employees.
