Elon could prefer Reddit to the Bitcointalk forum, in my opinion. Additionally, I doubt he would be interested in purchasing the forum unless he can generate billions of dollars in profits each month for shareholders. Furthermore, considering his larger than life personality, Elon wouldn't buy the forum because it wouldn't give him as much publicity  and high he needs to feed his ego as it should considering that the forum is sort of semi-closed.

You know, first, let's find out why Elon Musk bought the Twitter platform. I think the reason why he bought it is that Twitter has 340M-350M followers or more worldwide at this time. Then he plans to have an 8$ monthly payment for each of their users of this platform. Just say that only 1/4 of the followers will be active there who will pay 8$/monthly, do you think that is a small amount for Elon Musk?

Now my question to you is, how many followers or members do you think this bitcointalk forum has in the whole world today? It didn't even reach 100k community members here dude.

I don't know what's going on in your brain, but as some say here, Elon Musk won't waste his time on this in my opinion, so if Elon Musk buys it even if he knows it's impossible, it will come out like a run this forum that has a monthly bill as he does with Twitter apps, and I also think that the creator of this forum will not agree to such a thing because Elon musk will not know about bitcoin or cryptocurrency if it is not also about Blockchain technology this forum is the source as far as I know.

Elon Musk bought Twitter so that he can gain a tremendous power on public opinion and with the US government. As they say in democracies: if you control public opinion, you control the public. And public opinion is formed (and brainwashed) through the social media on top of mainstream media. Having control over one of the biggest social media outlets gives Musk a lot of power.

Bitcointalk on the other hand is a forum for discussion not for forming the public opinion. It is not giving Musk any benefits even if he had control over it. Not to mention that bitcoiners already have a negative opinion of him because of his FUDs and altcoin scams.

Twitter is control above the citizens,  but Bitcointalk can be control over bitcoin. So if he wants to control. Over bitcoin, it would be a start to acquire the forum. But they day he would be allowed to do that I will stop using the forum and I guess luckily nobody would sell him the forum.

Is this data accurate? because from what I heard our forum has 3 million users, 100k is probably an extremely modest number compared to other platforms.

About Elon buying the forum, I think that will never happen, I have a feeling OP is idolizing Elon too much and thinking he is a crypto enthusiast. From what I can see, I can tell that Elon is not passionate about crypto, what he is passionate about is anything that can be profitable for him. Like he uses Doge to make money, but I believe that at some point when doge is no longer profitable for him, he will look for another token.

It looks like that will never happen and Elon Musk is going to buy something he thinks is making a lot of money, is this forum going to make him a lot of money?
and besides that I'm sure many members or influential people in this forum disagree, this is a forum where we learn and discuss crypto, not what Elon Musk wants like social media that can make him a lot of money. He is a savvy entrepreneur whose only goal is to make a lot of money and the bitcointalk forums are not his target unless his goal is just to screw him up but that is impossible.

If he buys, he will buy more bitcoins instead of buying this forum, Elon doesn't care about beauty or uniqueness, the only thing he wants is profit. Buying the forum will certainly not bring any big profit enough for him to be satisfied. He bought twitter for his many purposes and not for dogecoin, see how he is changing twitter, if it works it will really bring a lot of profit to him, that is his goal.

It will be a sad day indeed when my favorite website gets bought by that egomaniac. He will without a doubt not understand how this forum was created and our culture and morals. He will definitely ruin it. But then again this is all hypothetical. He has not declared anything about buying Bitcointalk nor any other forum websites. And I do not see why he would. This forum is historical in crypto. You don't want it owned by someone who has no concern about it and may possibly change history if ever he acquires it. You may wake up one day, satoshi's account will be linked to CSW's email. That will be a disastrous day.

Who knows what he will do later, blue check for a verified KYCed account? Many forumboards died in the past because they changed hands.

People who are so talented and so rich they don't think about helping someone or saving the planet, they want to create their own planet where they have complete dominion. I don't think Elon Musk will be interested in buying this Forum, because here is a Forum where the community shares knowledge about crypto, not a place to socialize for the silliness he makes, and of course this Forum is not known by many people from various walks of life.  Elon Musk already has a lot of money from various businesses, all he needs is just to enjoy it all by entertaining himself on social media, but being able to be in the public eye for everyone to see.  This forum is too serious for an Elon so he can only monitor to develop his business and is not suitable for him to have

yes he has so much money it seems like unlimited money but since he bought twitter a lot of twitter employees are quitting because they can't stand the way he runs the company so sometimes having money doesn't mean people will stay near you, at least many employees who resigned are showing this

the guy only thinks about the money, some people even thought that with the purchase of twitter some things would change for the better, but everything is getting worse, they only think about the money and from what I see he is not the type of guy who will give people freedom in the twitter

It is not surprising that Elon afford to buy twitter but what is surprising is when he got interested on buying it. In what way he will use twitter when he already have big business and we know that Elon is into new technologies like space exploration, and building new car models which are environmentally friendly. They are too far from Twitter which is only a social media site.

Bitcointalk is not new so I believe he have heard of it before and even visited it but we never hear that he have plans of acquiring it and I don't think theymos will agree with that because btc is supposed to be decentralized and so as this forum but if Elon owned it, he can make it more centralized. I am sure none of us will like that.

Bitcointalk is different from twitter, so i don't see Elon wanting to buy bitcointalk because it is no longer worthy for the growth of his own business. And while twitter will be a lot beneficial for his own greed in his business, bitcointalk never share the same goal with twitter. So i really don't think Elon will be interested in buying this forum, and of course the bitcointalk community will never allow for it to happen.

The truth of the matter is that Elon Musk do not have unlimited cash, he is just lucky to be the richest man in the world currently now, of which such is bound to change in due time. So here are the reasons why I think Elon Musk would not consider buying bitcointalk even when i know he has what could be the current worth of the forum now. But bitcointalk is just a forum for people who has just a particular believe (Bitcoin), of which less than 0.01% of the total population of people in the whole world, unlike Twitter who has the population of almost half of the world

Bitcointalk, on the other hand, is public property, despite the fact that theymos own the domain hosting. In any case, he shouldn't sell it.
