I have read through all complaints and compliments about this casino and I found it very disturbing that at such early stage a casino would be having such reputation about their newly developed system. It is quite unfortunate that they are lousy about it in giving urgent response to the complaints of their customers and that has caused them their reputation and their representative here is very slow to responding to complaints. I think I will halt anything doing with them as I can see the review coming are not in any way encouraging anyone to reckon with them. Already they failed to pass through the right process of marketing their services rather chilling was their resolution as stated In the this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5422931.msg61493852#msg61493852.  and their account being flagged already so therefore it is enough reason to deal with caution until issues being resolved with the standing complaints and the bitcointalk management. I think I have been able to point out something so important to note and be cautious with as to dealing with ole777 casino.

I'd like to jump in after simply being spectator for the cases for a while. And as their officials are yet to address any of the accusation threads announced here, I'll address the issue here where OP seems more likely to respond than on the other threads.

For Ptolemys there any chance you can provide this pieces of evidence asked previously? It'll help us greatly to measure the allegations, since --as I am aware-- none of the users with recent issues could provide their confiscated balance. Although, it is quite understandable that no one --well, not normal people-- would randomly take screenshot of their balance, unknowing that the next time they try logging in, they're locked away from their account.

What further proof would you want? I had lots of USDT + ETH in my account after a lucky streak, they refused to let me withdraw, removed all balance from my account and suspended my account. The reason? Non compliance issues but AFTER turning over 450k USDT at them and after using them more than 2 months! LOL
Plain scammers, not much to say. They were all too happy to take my deposits however.

It seems that anyone who will win a good amount of money will face the same fate!
The casino's excuse (breach of terms and conditions) is not acceptable. They need to specify exactly which term was violated.
OP didn't log in for almost a week which isn't a good sign and am sure dt members will start tagging their account if they don't respond soon.

Haven't checked all the claims in detail ut it is not a good sign and while they can still be legit, I would for the moment stay away for them. There a lot of old and reputable crypto casinos that you can pick from on and where you know, that your account won't get banned and will only get banned for valid reasons.

their site maybe new but I believe that the OP/team aren't new in this system because no new casino that can have idea hiring shillers just to promote their site? this is something that they truly old in this business. .

It sounds like you had a very frustrating experience with this casino. But, without more information, it's difficult to say exactly what happened or why your account was suspended. I understand that it may be difficult for you to provide additional evidence if your account has been suspended, but maybe you could share proof of deposit and any communication you had with the casino staff. This could help us better understand what happened and why. In my experience, it's rare for a casino to suspend an account without providing any sort of explanation.


@OLE777Official, would you be willing to clarify your stance on this thread? The use of personal information and photos of others to portray your team members is a serious accusation.

The next days were both a Saturday and Sunday which is my day off, so if you are expecting any updates nor response from weekends, it's likely not to happen.

Currently there are 4 complaints.

-Ferum360 (Bitcointalk Username)

For the three accounts, I have already been told the reasons why the account was banned, although the customer support team and compliance team has told me that
they do not disclose the exact reasons why accounts get banned or locked. However some illegal actions are: Multiple accounts, Illegal Arbitrage betting etc.

For Ferrum360, I believe I sent a DM but if you have not received it, please DM me your OLE7 ID so I can also investigate what has happened.

Apologies for the late response, and being inactive. Please do not think I myself or this platform is running away from these concerns, I have been firm with my team that I will not leave this forum and be transparent with the best of my abilities.

I wonder why they can not tell you their representative here reasons why accounts get banned or locked or can you not be trusted to handle situations here? If they should make you their representative here then you should be able to communicate with them getting to know reasons why actions were metted on their registered members onboard their platform and they too should be able to give you every detailed information about your request in respect to complaints coming from the bitcointalk Community and management.


However some illegal actions are: Multiple accounts, Illegal Arbitrage betting etc.

These are just mere statements as regards the inquiry to why accounts were banned and locked. If you do not mind,  proofs would be ok to ascertain the genuineness of your claims for the actions metted on them.

You are absolutely correct, as an experience gambler myself, nothing is as frustrating as jamming a rock, and need some quick help from the customer care/support of the casino, only to discover that even in the next 2 days, you've not gotten a reply, it make one restless and uncomfortable, most especially, when the amount of money hanging is really significant to the owner.

Quick response to issues raised by customers is one of the many attributes that contributes greatly to the growth of a business, in this case - gambling casinos , so I support that the rep here should create more time for their customers, they can assign another rep to make sure that customers enquiries and complaints are attended to even during the weekends.
I might try out this casino when all this issues are resolved totally.

Hi, on this thread alone, it's been three times1 2 3 that an inquiry about the allegation of fake ID is addressed to you and I see you're still yet to explain or say anything about it. Please don't let this post be the fourth time.

I am yet to conduct my own research of this real ID --as in the real owner of the said ID-- but I tried to give a benefit of doubt by considering that the case is the opposite of what we thought; that it is the real estate who used your ID. But a preliminary research shows its kinda impossible, given their website is published long before yours.

Why your team promoting the casino in a public forum if you can't disclose the exact reason of blocking user account? Casino doesn't post the sensitive data of a user publicly. But you have to tell the exact reason for suspecting and blocking someone's account. Otherwise it will raise questions about the transparency of your casino.

The next days were both a Saturday and Sunday which is my day off
Fair enough although your last response was on the 12th not the 13th. Not a big deal but things should be different with customer support, they need to be more responsive.

Again, I want to be transparent. But, certain teams internally are very firm that they cannot disclose
every detail as to why the account got locked or banned.

So now I am trying to negotiate with them if ever they can give a chance for the users to appeal and
have a chance to defend themselves.

Is the site above not your official mirror site? If it isn't, then I think you're in a serious situation of scam and phishing attempt and it probably explained what actually happened to Ptolemy --they accessed a malicious site instead of the official site-- but, two thing that might worth mentioning though, are that (1) the accuser(s) actually referred to the .io on their title and not .in, and (2) the .in is actually older than your website





For Ptolemy, can you inform us which website you use to access the platform? A screenshot of your web history, if you may, would be very helpful.

Your answer that the reasons for blocking are inside information is a scam. Because it's just as easy to get blocked for no reason.

Normal bookmakers and casinos NEVER BLOCK users with confiscation of funds. You have to open the accounts of those you have blocked them, and allow the users to withdraw their funds, and only then close the account, this is done in normal places.

So you claim that "ole777.in" is not your domain? Are you also claiming that "ole777.io" is not your domain? Both domains were registered just one day apart.

This would be the ideal to happen. Return us the our balance and then ban/limit us.
