It most likely is bullish, but i can't say if it's bullish for the tokens you are holding. Especially for tokens like Verasity i wouldn't automatically count in to be a part of next bull run, or some other tokens no one has heard of. Some low caps will why high but there's really no way of knowing which. Fundamentals doesn't necessarily matter. In the time of hype, hype counts most.

Do you buy crypto coins in 2021?
If you bought the coins in 2021, it was the bullrun season. You must understand that it is time for crypto coins to increase their values significantly. Why you didn't sell your coins before 2021 ended?  

Sure, there should be a chance for another bullrun season, but it seems not in 2023. I don't know why you think 2023 can be a bullish year, but you must know most people predict the bullish season will probably happen in 2024 - 2025.

It most likely is bullish, but i can't say if it's bullish for the tokens you are holding. Especially for tokens like Verasity i wouldn't automatically count in to be a part of next bull run, or some other tokens no one has heard of. Some low caps will why high but there's really no way of knowing which. Fundamentals doesn't necessarily matter. In the time of hype, hype counts most.

The certainty of making the newest ATH in each bullish period is only owned by Bitcoin and a few coins/tokens, the rest of them are not even unable to touch the last ATH moreover to make newest ATH, because crypto competition is very tight, old projects that do not show good progress will very likely be replaced by new projects with great profit potential, but regarding the coins that you have, don't know for sure whether they will be able to form the latest ATH, hopefully your patience will be fully rewarded.

Their devs can't do anything much on them anymore but if there's something that they can do then that is only to fix the issues that may occur.

The reason why some old alts can't increase too much anymore is that their values are already huge as compared to those alts who are still new. They are still small so they may be more to come from them.

Crypto is not only about buying at dips and waiting for the bull run to sell. You need to have a strategy that's spread over a period of time. IMO the best way to accumulate bitcoin or alts is through DCA (dollar cost average). If you are doing DCA then you are not affected by market fluctuations, see bitcoin historical price chart to verify that.

When you say traditional it means the old ones or when the market is in a good state but the move that the market is showing lately is still the same to the last year's bear or by the time we are battling with the $20k zone. Indeed that there are two cycles here and that is the bears and bulls. We are currently in the bear right now but it doesn't mean that the price will now always on the low side.

There are still fluctuations. This won't be gone as long as the coin is not a stable coin or as long as it is not a pump and dump coin as those coins, will just move mostly on one direction. Cryptos have a big potential as compare to other forms of investments but they are also more riskier but we can minimize it as long as we will keep on learning.

But you need to know the price of bitcoin will determine everything, altcoins are able to survive when bitcoin prices are stable so altcoins start to recover. It doesn't matter when you recommend VRA & Fantom for the long term as long as you trust and believe, but when you only hold these two altcoin assets which have even been pumped 15% -25% of course that is quite high. The suggestion to hold bitcoin is also recommended for the long term. I even suggested several times to people to buy bitcoin at a price below $ 20k, and now bitcoin is able to stay above $ 20k and is currently priced at $ 23k. Bitcoin is a priority and altcoins are the second option or as a reserve asset.

True, they are now risky due the number of exchanges collapsing but to remove this doubt from the public, crypto exchanges have came up with an idea and that is to show their reserve funds or what we call POR as on what @ningrum said.

Currently crypto dot com and binance dot come has it, so maybe we can still consider investing on their own coins after checking that their POR is still in a healthy condition but like you said, constant monitoring and then selling at the right time is needed once we saw a strange activity on them. We are glad to see the market is up a little bit, maybe that is for now. But if we think about Bullrun this year, it is too far from happening.
