Add BLOCX mining support (-a autolykos2 --coin blocx)
Note that --coin parameter is mandatory. All supported dual/triple autolykos2 combos work for BLOCX as well.
Remove ironfish algorithm (pre-fork IRON)

(XEL) Performance regression on CMP 170HX cards
(XEL) The miner does not display connection failure error details reported by the node (solo mining only)
