I have seen this kind of lottery game you are talking about and remember, lottery is just luck game. I didn't understand the permutations or computational algorithm of the numbers and so I stay away. I know people that play it and if they happen to win the cash out is very high but most times they lose. I think the people in your country believes in such superstitious belief. Though there is nothing wrong with that given that there are various cultures in the world, but you have to understand that the lottery is specifically tied with the game of luck. Agree, I have a friend who has great at calculating derived numbers from previously dialed numbers.
