Would really be survival of the fittest on which it would really be just that normal that there would be those coins that sitting on top ranks would be kicked out by some other new coins which turns out to be more revolutionary and this is why it would  really be that basing or depending on the project demand and recognition of the community because this one would be the main indication or factor on which it would really be causing out for those numbers to be stirred up.This is why lots would really be looking when it comes to hidden gems in the market on which they could be able to enter out while its still cheap.

i wouldn't put too much hope to that implementation though, there has been many proposed implementation to solve the high gas fee as well as decreasing the total supply, despite the fact that they've successfully keep the total supply in balance with the burning rates, they failed miserably when it comes to keeping the high gas fee not too much high.
moreover speaking about stablecoin, if they only generated more when there is reserve, technically it isn't unlimited though, it limited to the amount of the money in reserve and since it retaining the $1, its basically just digitalized version of all those reserved money but i might be wrong.

there's still no guarantee that the sharding will succeeds, considering the fact that there will be 64 shard chains still a long way to go though the deployment will definitely take places at single swoop if i'm not mistaken.
currently even the 2nd layer solution to take the burden of processing all the transactions off the ethereum blockchain become double edged swords because the batch submitting is so massive that it also make the fee rise.
but for sure if that proposed solution turns out to be really effective then we can safely say that it might affect the value of ethereum and could further help ethereum to increase in market capitalization in the future.
im honestly anticipating it thats why accumulating ethereum is of essence.

Sometimes it does happen and those bad moments and situations do end up changing everything. When Luna crashed, it didn't just go down itself, it went down with everything else as well. This is why it's quite important to remember that you are not going to get any good result if you keep trusting the top names, they could crash at any moment.

I believe that there are way too many people who trust the coins we have right now at the top and I bet that when the bull run comes and then the bear market follows after that, 50% of the coins at the top 20 will go down from their ranks, not saying they will all go out of top 20, but they will be lower and some other new things will go up.
