My early final decision for this match is to go to Loma. Loma's performance in his last fight was not looking good. There are always ups and downs in fighters. Maybe this fight coincided with the decline period. I think Devin Haney will prepare well for the match, although he feels ready enough, his technical skills are enough to beat him. Although not in his prime, I think he's still playing the game very well.

I think we are biased for Loma because we have seen him or how good he was when he fought the likes of Linares, Rigo and etc and also i think Haney is still have to prove that the belt that he has now is rightfully his. Although Vegas is the gambling capital and for sure it will bring a lot of money for the casinos if it held there, so win-win for them. But in the stand point of PPV or live gates, might be better if it is in MSG.

For sure the organizers had already done some thorough thoughts about this one like where to hold the Loma-Haney fight and agreed that the fight will be in Madison Square Garden in New York. Not sure why they haven't pursued a Vegas fight but I'm thinking that maybe the specific day where they would like it to host the bout is already booked and reserved for some occasion. One thing is for sure, there's a lot of fans out there who are glad that this fight has materialized because there's a rumor in the past that Haney might face Stevenson instead.

Yeah, I read that comment though, but you have to look at the perspective of a boxer or as a fan. As a boxer, we have to respect Devin Haney, he traveled to the backyard of the champion that time Kambosos and then defeated him twice. Although he is not as bankable as Tank Davis, still though he gets the job done and has all the belts that only Davis can envy. On the other hand, if you are a fan, Haney's style is very boring, as he played mostly on a the defensive stance and doesn't have that knockout power that Davis or Ryan Garcia possessed.
