Tonight, Indonesia vs Saudi Arabia is something we're looking forward to, hoping that the Indonesian national team will beat Saudi Arabia, having previously beaten and held the Arab team to a draw.

The match is not being held at a neutral venue but in the Middle East, which is hosting the event we were hoping for a neutral venue.

In terms of betting odds, the bookmakers are offering very different odds.
Yeah, hopefully there's a chance to win.

I decided to see if there were any interesting games for cash betting in Europe this round:

Finland vs. Lithuania. Finland still has a chance of finishing 1st or 2nd in the group, so they're motivated to beat a weak Lithuania. The odds of 1.50 on their victory are attractive.

Belarus vs. Denmark. Denmark needs only a win, but 1.12 odds for an away game are a big risk without compensation.

Scotland vs. Greece. A random game between two good teams. I pass.

Malta vs. Netherlands. 1.03 for a Netherlands win. Even with a -2 handicap, the odds are only 1.43.

Cyprus vs. Bosnia. Bosnia needs only a win, odds are 1.85. It seems the risk is worth it.

Austria vs. San Marino. The power imbalance is too strong, we need to choose some exotic market to place our bet on. Pass.

Czech Republic vs. Croatia. The game is for first place, but a draw is acceptable for Croatia. The odds of 1.36 on Croatia's double chance seem reasonable.

Faroe Islands vs. Montenegro. A friendly between teams with no real ambitions. Pass.

The game between Czech Republic vs Croatia is one team that will be interesting to watch because both teams are having the same points and is sitting in first and second position so this match will be critical to decides which tean leads this group.


Cyprus vs Bosnia is another game that, I will be interesting to watch because both teams are not that strong, maybe Bosnia will have more advantage going into this game but playing away may not be favorably to them. But I think that this game is open to both teams to win.

Croatia has a game in hand against Montenegro. Therefore, despite Croatia and the Czech Republic being tied on points, Croatia is in complete control. In fact, they could theoretically even afford to lose to the Czech Republic because they won the first game 5-1, and overall, Croatia has a goal difference of +16 to the Czech Republic's +5. There's no chance the Czech Republic will be able to overtake Croatia on tiebreakers, even if the teams finish tied on points.

I must confess the ticket is very high in price and just to let you know this ticket is for every match it has different price for different stages when the match begin it has its own price as it going it is raising the final match has the highest amount of money for it's ticket, I think they are doing this in order to reduce the number of people that will be interested to come to the world cup because with a low price the crowd will be much however I still believe a lot of people will come even with the price and I won't compare the price now with other years because things are not always the same in different years they may have spent huge amount of money so they wants to recover it back through ticket.

How do they expect people to have enough interest like this? At first, I was wondering why FIFA were complaining about the number of attendance in games. But we have all found out the reason after a while...

And we know this match will be held at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Saudi Arabia. And with the different climate, I doubt the Indonesian players will be able to perform at their best. But if the Indonesian national team wants to be a team worthy of qualifying for the World Cup, they must beat Saudi Arabia in this match. If the Indonesian national team loses, it means they haven't qualified at all. I'm definitely emotionally supporting the Indonesian national team. However, I don't dare bet on this match. The Croatians are strong enough not to lose this match, but since the Czech Republic will know this is their last chance and they need nothing more, it could be a tough match. I try to avoid betting on matches like this. It's strange that the odds on Denmark - Belarus are so low, Denmark will win no doubt, but I don't want to bet on a handicap. I have to say that it is a very exotic match that I will gladly watch. Indonesia certainly attracts me as a team and I think they can do well in this World Cup if they manage to go there. Now, honestly, I don't know any important players but I prefer them to Saudi Arabia.

Watching a football match for so much money is really a luxury, I think it makes no sense to spend so much money to watch the World Cup matches. Instead, with the money that I spend to watch a football match, I can watch the entire World Cup football much better by arranging a big projector. The money they have charged for the ticket price, there is no travel opportunity, there is no food, so we will not be able to make any profit by just watching the football match with the extra money. I am not really surprised. FIFA is able to increase the ticket prices (by manifold) because the demand is just enormous. At the most 100,000 fans can attend a match, but millions will try to purchase a ticket. Football is the most popular sport in the world, and fans number into billions. On top of that, the 2026 edition will be hosted by the United States (the largest economy in the world). So I would say that FIFA is doing the right thing. Even if they price the tickets at $10,000 per match, it will get sold out.
