Why big teams like Germany, England, France, and Spain can survive to compete in the 2026 World Cup? I think they have maintained their noble consistency since the beginning of qualifying and have also finished in the top 8 almost every time they participate in the World Cup.
The rise of Asia and Africa could provide a new and exciting atmosphere with new teams like Uzbekistan, Jordan, and Cape Verde.

Except for management, Brazil is that one team that has some really good players, if they are rightly trained, there is almost no limit  to the much they can do. One thing Brazil has done of the years is that, they almost do not struggle to build players, they seem to have them a lot in their unprofessional state, they only need to go through the proper training awhile and they ball like a world class, they do not really lack players but proper management.

As you said, it is very difficult to do this especially in Brazil. There are a lot of players from Brazil and many great players come out of Brazil. Although it is very difficult to select good players from among them. However, the method in which Brazil is finding talented players from their country seems to me to be a very good method.

Not everyone is the same, everyone is different. Just like Messi is considered the king of football at present. This Messi's place was before someone else. Neymar was magical, but I don't think the team coaches until now have been able to make good use of the good players. You ask where are the talented players, so you are implying that Vinicius and Rodrygo are bad, but don't forget they both are big players in Real Madrid which is one of the biggest teams in the world right now that keep winning the Champions league. Just because they could not put out goals in the national team doesn't mean they are not talented, otherwise they wouldn't be winning many competitions every year.

Raphinha is also a great player which plays for Barcelona and put out many goals. They just need proper training and team work.

Ancelotti is a seasoned manager who understands the psyche of Brazilian players and have worked with many of them in the past. He has managed many of these Brazilian star players including Ballon d'Or winners such as Kaka, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Rivaldo at AC Milan and also managed the younger players like Vinicius Jr, Endrick, Casemiro among others in Real Madrid. All together, Ancelotti has managed well over 50 Brazilian players in difference capacity at the club level so I don't think there is a manager who is so used to the Brazilians like Ancelotti, he knows how to get the best out of them individually and as a team. I think having Ancelotti as the manager of the national team is a perfect mix of flair and structure the team has been missing for years. Those players got egos and expectations from millions of fans who see football like a religion so they need a manager like Ancelotti who has the kind of calm authority and experience which can balance such pressure.

I will never understand why people are outraged if there will be teams like that in the World Cup. Cape Verde, Uzbekistan and Jordan are all very interesting teams.

It will certainly be a different type of championship and there will be other nations but not necessarily they will be less interesting
