With the Iranian geopolitics going on, I was more than certain that these boys have something to prove after all the frustrations of getting to the USA and all that.. and honestly it would be interesting to have them play for longer just to make this competition interesting..

The game ended in a draw, it's just what I expected and I'm glad my bet ticket still ongoing. Belgium has been a disapointment in this World Cup and I don't see them going far in the tournament this time. The red card surely has nothing to do with it they are playing badly. Towards the end Iran did quite well and took some decent shots but all stopped by Curtoise.

At the moment Belgium's chance is still there but must see how the last match against New Zeland even though the favorite but with 2 draws they got at the moment it seems difficult to say they will win easily.

On the other hand, this group becomes interesting especially if Egypt also has a not-so-good match and draws in the match against New Zeland so the chances of 4 clubs are still undetermined.
Belgium now is nothing like the past few world cups for me. They do have very good ball possession and even in every match they really dominate but the attack line is not very good and the opponent's defense is tight so they always have difficulty scoring goals.

Today despite playing with 10 men they were still dominant but the Iran goalkeeper was brilliant in this match although I must also praise some of Courtouis' saves.

Time was running out and the score was still unchanged. I think it's going to be goalless until the end because apart from Belgium not being able to find their stride at the moment Iran are also struggling to make the most of the numbers on the pitch at the moment.

It's a hard thing to accept because I thought being in an almost easy group Belgium had a greater chance of qualifying but 2 games and 2 draws is really a downfall for the current Belgian squad.
Even though this is one of the leading teams but it seems that for now Belgium's performance is decreasing even though their squad cannot be said to be ordinary for player material.

Exactly as I said, it is going to happen, after three minutes have passed, now the remaining 5 minutes have been added and more than half of that time has passed, still no team is showing the expected performance, but Belgium is trying to attack again and again, but here again, Iran's defense is performing very well, due to which they are failing again and again. However, in the end, Iran played defensively but played amazingly today, especially the Iranian goalkeeper who was there, worked as an amazing savior for Iran.

But in the end, I will say that this match was full of excitement, and when there is excitement, the match is enjoyable.

The match did become very interesting despite Belgium being down to 10 men but no goals were scored in this match making the result not as good as I expected from a bet.
Belgium had a lot of chances in this match but Iran were quite focused in their defensive scheme from the start.
With this result the chances of Belgium and Iran still remain especially for now the world cup format is quite favorable even though they are in 3rd place so hope still remains.

But Beiranvand worked hard in this match and I think he will be the MOTM because with the onslaught of Belgium he remained calm under the bar and there were even some good saves he made in this match.

With Belgium currently you dont know what will happen,they were clear favorites to win the group now they got two draws so far and they have to win the last match and with how they are playing it aint looking good at all. tonight, Iran did more than just play a world cup match. in the face of all setbacks, a tough opponent, missing players and the worst case scenario, they stepped onto the pitch, fought their hearts out and took a point. we ve got to congratulate them...

A team that have one of the heaviest player on the pitch as its striker, of course you’ve just got to know that goals would be very difficult to come by. Maybe we could have had goals from Trossard or perhaps KDB but, Lukaku has always depended on strength to get himself into position to score goals. He came quite close with that KDB pass within the box but, it was intercepted like 2meters to the line.

Belgium were lucky even that the Iran goal didn’t stand else, it would have being a goal that would be defended to the last minute. A draw is still a good result for Iran, not so sure it is the same for Belgium, they needed this win.

Theoretically, 2 points after 2 games against their main competitors can be considered an acceptable result, because in the final game Belgium will play against the group outsider. But of course, more than 1 goal in 2 games and a more coherent game were expected from Belgium. Moreover, everything will be at stake in the game against New Zealand now, they will only need a win, since a draw does not seem to guarantee second place, and third place with 3 points is unlikely to give a ticket to the playoffs.

Even with Belgium having one man down due to the Ngoy red card, the bookies still had them to be the favorites to win the match. Each team has its greatest and weakest moment in competitions. For Belgium that was chaotic, even their game against Egypt was close to end with a draw. I expected way more from them sincerely.
As for Iran, they were good driving Belgium to a draw. They have to win against Egypt next time to qualify. If they did it, they will be one of the surprises of this version of the World Cup. Some teams in their region which used to be better, received a lot of goals and were humiliated.

The game as ended in a draw, I can says that Belgium have do there best in the match and if not because of the red card Belgium can get the more chance to win the game. Iran as show that they are good team and both team have miss many chances that can lead to goals what a nice performance for both team since they have share the point, drawing is good for both because if Belgium didn’t defence when they get red card that can lead them to lose the match.

Everyone is very curious to see how far they can go. They scored four goals against Tunisia, and those goals were clean goals. They did this without creating many scoring opportunities. I don't even want to remember the Turkey-Paraguay match in that game, Türkiye couldn't score a single goal in 32 attempts. Japan only managed to score 4 goals out of 7 attempts on goal.

I sincerely hope Belgium doesn't make It out of the group stages, because what kind of performance was that against Iran. It was as if I was watching 2 amateurs playing. It's hard to believe that Belgium was once a team that topped the world ranking few years back and see how they have fallen. Their performance against Egypt was way better than what I saw today. Iran even had VAR overturn their goal which I felt bad for them because it would have been their turning point. That goal would have earned them a win and that's going to be 4 points and what that they are guaranteed a place in R32 but too bad of was chopped off. I hate to see Belgium qualify after the nonsense they did today, I lost money because they couldn't score a single goal against Iran.

Belgium should have lost the game so that they will feel the pains so next time when they have beautiful opportunities they will try to convert them to goals. Belgium would be disappointed by their performance in this World Cup haven recorded two draws in this World Cup. With this result they are comfortable in the standings even though they still have 1 game left but with the new format now I think they will definitely qualify and Tunisia will be eliminated from this group.

The other game for Spain today was really indulgent and that's what they should have done in the first game but it looks like they were late to enjoy the game.
The formation didn't change but the line-up did which gave them more confidence and this should have been Luis de la Fuente from the first match.

Iran was in bad luck though, as it failed to make use of the fortunes of downed Belgium. They were more aggressive and threatening to play before the red card. Maybe they got lost in their strategy and this made them lose track in the last few minutes. In the case of Belgium, this is a harsh wake up call to them that they have to improve their performance now or they will soon be out of the game.

I still not believe with the result from VAR decision in Tunisia vs Japan match, indeed Japan succeed to win this match, but no goal decision from VAR is really controversial. For some people view, it already pass goal line, even I personally judge this already pass the line, because bottom part of the ball already inside. However, it seems the judgment is ball body not fully pass the goal and considered not goal. what do you think, is this should be goal?
