I'm more confident that their chances of advancing to the next round are more open because their resilience in getting a draw has made many people believe more in Cape Verde than in Saudi Arabia especially since Saudi Arabia has only earned one point meaning their chances of winning again in the next match are very slim.

So many surprising result in this world cup that I may never imagined from the start, and one amazing thing about the smaller teams is that they play without fear. I never saw it coming from the start that cape Verde island team will claim a point against the Spanish and now the Uruguay national team, and the surprising stat was that they hard more short on target and better scoring chances that Uruguay national team last night, so if they can continue like this, they will make it to the round of 32 because I believe that they can beat the Saudi Arabian team to progresses to the next round of the competition.

We got two games that ended 4-0 yesterday…Japan Vs Tunisia where Japan got a very wonderful game and beat Tunisia with that score line in the early morning.  

And Spain Vs Saudi Arabia in the evening, Spain completely dominated the game and they successfully got their first World Cup win in this tournament against Saudi, scoring three goals in the first half with Yamal scoring his first World Cup goal just ten minutes into the match and Oyarzabal got a brace after. The score could have been 5-0 but Ferran Torres’s goal was cancelled and it ended 4-0 giving Spain the first spot in their group after Uruguay and Cape Verde had a 2-2 draw last night…

Cape Verde got another draw but this time a two goals draw, and that’s a really good result for them to draw against a team like Uruguay even though their goalkeeper Vozinha wasn’t at his best and I think he made zero saves last night…

I Can't belive that Belgium can't win this match against Iran and with a match in the hands of persina with a goal cancelled by var room. The Belgium nationa lteam have incredible players like Lukaku, De Bruyne, Trossard, an incredible power attack and they are in difficoult to work the ball in the box and make few shoot in goal. Some player appear disoriented and whitout motivation like the guy with red card who left his team in 10 vs 11.

Belgium would be disappointed by their performance in this World Cup haven recorded two draws in this World Cup. All games look to be in their favour, but they never end up winning any of them which has caused them to actually have a second thought is they can make it far in this World Cup. I love how Iran played and their defense was also very strong just that at the ending times, they began to slack and Belgium was hitting them with more attacks on goal than them. They had the advantage in this game after Belgium players was given a red card, but they look to even play better and pressure Belgium more when they were still complete ten players.

Yes Belgium must be disappointed with the result of this match, they dominated for two rounds even with a lack of strength due to one of their players who had to be sent off by the referee they still did not let that be an advantage for Iran, Belgium should be able to win this match if they don't waste the many opportunities they create. but sharing points cannot be avoided, this result is a victory for Iran, not in the sense of winning 3 points, but they managed to win because they were still able to keep the goal from conceding goals. It's interesting that no team in Group G has won yet, making the competition very tight.

Belgium tried hard, but they couldn't break Iran's defense. Iran defended enough attacks, the opportunities that Belgium created were easily destroyed by Iran's defenders. Actually it was a good performance from Cape Verde, I really love the way they were playing, especially playing against this bigger opponents, when you see the groups you can easily conclude that Cape Verde aren’t going to survive the game, but I have been impressed with how they’re playing in this World Cup, it shows an absolute resilience, it’s been such an impressive game against Uruguay, they were in control in most of the game which just shows that their performance was top notch, I’m expecting them to get into the knockout stages of the tournament, I’m very happy with how they’re performing I’m rooting for them in this World Cup.

Cape Verde's results as a debutant  are really impressive. The draw with Spain and the fightback against Uruguay to a 2-2 draw are proof of their strong character and good organization. Hats off to them for performing far beyond their capabilities!

However the situation is still in the very early stages. Like Uruguay they are also sitting on 2 points with a goal difference of 0. A win against Saudi Arabia would be a huge deal for them which might help them qualify. But even then, the result of the Spain-Uruguay match will matter a lot.

Everyone likes to watch underdogs fairy tales. However it would be wrong to ignore Uruguay's experience right now. Or to assume that Cape Verde is going to the next round.

There is a really nice competition for the lead in Group F right now by the way. Japan got a huge win like 4-0 over Tunisia which helped them equalize goal difference with Netherlands.

They have the same points too now. But of course Netherlands are in the lead thanks to the H2H result. I see Netherlands playing against Tunisia in their last match so there is no way they are losing the lead I think.  

The Netherlands, Japan, and Sweden all have a chance of advancing to the next round however, the Netherlands has the best opportunity to qualify, as they are far superior in terms of strength compared to their opponents in the final match. The match between Japan and Sweden is a major focal point both teams will fight tooth and nail in this decisive encounter. Predicting a winner is difficult, as they are evenly matched across the board. I expect both sides to play cautiously and build their attacks with great care, knowing that even the slightest error could prove costly and send them home early.

Since the end of Belgium golden generation, I stop and will never take them on a direct winning because they are as ordinary as other average teams out there, no disrespect to them, but they should not be seen as a top side like the days of Eden hazard.
Their first game against the pharaohs of Egypt, they struggle for a draw in that game, and if not for the wastefulness of the Egyptian team in front of goal that day, they wouldn't have even seen a draw, so when I saw their fixtures against the Iranian team, I knew that it wasn't going to be an easy test for them and I was proven right.

What has happened to Marcelo Bielsa and Uruguay national team?! They have fallen off afterall because they use to be a lot better than this.

Spain managed to secure a comfortable victory over Saudi Arabia and took the lead in the group. Having scored three goals in the first half, Spain effectively sealed the match by halftime. Mikel Oyarzabal was undoubtedly the man of the match. With two goals and one assist in the first half, Oyarzabal was one of the key players who secured the three points for his team. Saudi Arabia didn’t make much of an impact during the match—and their roster isn’t strong enough to begin with. They will most likely finish last in the group.
