Am so happy for the GOAT Lionel Messi, his statistics in this World Cup is really amazing, 5 goals in 2 matches and currently the highest goal scorer in the competition, even though the squad debt of the Argentina team is not as solid as some other teams like France etc the GOAT have still proven himself, Messi never gets old and that is why i keep on saying that form is temporary but class is permanent, Messi is so good that he creates his own chances from the midfield and scores, he doesn’t rely so much on any particular player to give him the ball before he can score, on like other top goal scorers like Haaland who will always need the assistance of a creative midfielder to score. It was quite disappointing to see Jordan losing the match, after leading 1-0 at half time. Algeria scored two goals in the second half, and in the end Jordan making their debut in the world cup lost their second match by a margin of 1-2. The same happened during the New Zealand vs Egypt match yesterday. By half-time, the underdogs were leading 1-0 as a result of the goal from Finn Surman. But then Egypt scored three goals in the second half and the Kiwis lost the match by a margin of 1-3. It would have been the first ever wins in the FIFA World Cup for both Jordan and New Zealand.

Lionel Messi is a legend already. Broken most of the record in professional football. I watched the match against Austria. Messi was incredible. After missing the penalty. I thought his moral would decline but eventually he gained more momentum as he scored the first and winning goal. Ronaldo fans shoukd give up because there can only be one goat which is Lionel Messi. There are currently 3 stars who are scoring a lot of goals and push their teams to success. One of them is Messi, followed by Haaland and Mbappe.
