I expected Germany to win against Ecuador because Ecuador managed to earn a point after playing two matches but even as Ecuador won Germany 2-1 I wasn't surprised because Germany has lost dominance in football. Ecuador chances of qualifying for the round of 32 was slim since their last group stage match was against Germany but their hard work and determination helped them beat Germany and get through to the round of 32.

Well Germany already guaranteed going up, and that is the worst kind of bet to play on. Because if a team already guaranteed, there is a big chance that they will not play that well and end up playing very badly, and even if they are a good team like Germany, they could lose to anyone because they no longer care about the win, since winning makes no change.

They lost, and yet they are still first place, if you are still the first place even if you lose, then there is a very little incentive to win.

However, winning all your matches in the World Cup is a matter of prestige, and I expected Germany to achieve that. Yet, they failed to do so. Their opponents thus qualified as the best third-placed team. I had a very good impression of Germany after their first two matches, but they looked terrible in this game. They wasted many chances. I hope they don't get eliminated early in the next round.

I think the final scoreline would be Norway 2:5 France in this game. Dembele is killing it, every strike looking better than the last and finding its way to the net. There is no stopping him tonight, only the manager can by substituting him else, the goal rush is just going to be on. Dembele got his chance in this game and it’s really good how they played, Mbappe gave two assists to Dembeke and Dembele did some really wonderful finishing..  Dembeke got the opportunity to play in his position in this match and he performs really well and impressive, a Hatrick in the first half is no joke.

After Dembele scored a hatrick and took his total international goal to 11 international goals commentary will be surprised how Dembele was able to respond to his criticise. Dembele has scored four goals for France in three matches, if he continues like this he might win the Balloon d'Or for the second time. Since you know that whether Norway coach play his finest men against France or not France will still win Norway, that alone is enough reason for Norway coach not to play his finest men against France. Since Norway are through to the round of 32 there's no need for Norway coach to risk his key players in this match, I love the decision the Norway coach took, the decision will allow players as such as Erling Haaland and Odegaard to rest themselves and prepare very well for their next match.

Doue was able to put down his name on the score sheet on the dying minutes of the goal as he scored the ball with a good finish on the 90+4 minutes. I knew that we wouldn't see more goals in the second half like what we saw in the first half because the players wouldn't be that eager for goals again like in the first half.

It wasn't necessary for the France coach not to bench some of his best players, the both teams have the highest points in that group, which means both have qualified for the next phase, the best thing for the coach to have done was to rest some his first eleven and use team B, this is like a friendly game to me, as it's importance is already watered down. On the other hand, I just pray Senegal also qualify as one of the best losers as they are the third on this group.

The fact that this is a competition, any experience Coach will not relent in any match regardless of the team they are facing, France coach understand this and he used his best hands instead off risking the whole point that comes with this game, Norway on the other hands hard a coach who was playing around and waiting or whatever outcome which he knows won't go in his favor.

Which game are you watching lol. It ended 5-0  not 6 and yes, it was indeed a solid point for  Senegal. BTW Iraq git a red card since 13' so you don't expect them to win anyway as they were down with 1 goal already before committing a dirty foul.

Senegal didn't  perform as expected in this group stage anyway, i was expecting same vibes as the African cup of nations . Things could change at the next phase but currently I doubt they will really last , let's see
if they qualify qualify anyway.

The France game went as expected for me, they are showing more strength and dominance in the pitch. They played very strong from the first minute and deserved to finish at the top of the group, I wouldnt be surprised if they go very far in this World Cup because they have been one of the most consistent teams so far, that’s my opinion and I would always put my money on them.

I was also happy to see Senegal finish with a big 5.0 win against Iraq, wishing them both hard luck. However, It was not enough to qualify, but at least they ended their World Cup with a good performance. It shows they have quality, but losing the earlier matches cost them too much. From a betting point of view France have been one of the safest teams to back in the group stage.
