South Africa played great based on how they have historically placed themselves, but obviously this was only possible because the third-placed teams also pass, this has given a huge hand to many teams, in a little while we will start to see many teams that will come out including Canada which is nothing special.

South Africa didn't qualify as the third-placed team in Group A. They ended the group stage in second position with four points. Both countries were trying to make history by reaching the next phase of the competition. The host was fortunate to get that single goal. However, Bafana Bafana are going home as heroes, having reached this level for the first time.

South Africa national soccer team could not do any goal against Canada men's national soccer team because their players could not play well in this match and they lose this match at the end.  The shots of South Africa  soccer team were less in this match and these were only 6 in this match and 2 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 58 percent in this match and passes of that team were good in this match and that team should try to attack on opponent team but they had no confidence to attack on opponent team. This France squad is untouchable, they're bringing in everything on the pitch, I've watched these French players played football and they a have all proven to be very useful and brilliant on the pitch. The game against Sweden, I know one thing for sure, Sweden can't hold down or pressed France because they're not just capable.

He's in charge of one of the best team in the world cup and they're consider top favorite to win the world cup with this level intellectual players, I'm not talking about average players but experience and professional players, they know what to do without been instructed. France will go far in this world cup.

France is dominating the match in every aspect. Sweden dosent have a single chance in this match. Currently its 2-0 for France and it looks like it can be 5-0 for France. Sweden even cannot make a single chance or attack against France and this shows a huge gap in quality between these two teams. I honestly dont know how France can drop this 2-0 lead. One more goal will probobly seal the deal but i think this match is already finished now at 2-0 for France.

I would be truly surprised if the match between France and Sweden ended in a draw. That would be considered a surprise result, because France is a very good team with a magnificent squad. Sweden, on the other hand, is an average team that is happy to have advanced to the next round. There are huge differences in quality between the two teams. I think France will easily win this match. I’m watching the France-Sweden match. France is leading 2-0 and controlling the game exactly as they want. Sweden is trying to attack but lacks the firepower to pull it off.
Olise is really eager to score in this match. I’m expecting France to find the net.

Olise have had far too many missed opportunities in this Sweden game. Of course the opportunity he took that came off the bar was one tight execution and he managed it so well, except for the fact that he couldn’t get it on target. That certainly wasn’t any fault of his and it surely would have being one of the best goals of the tournament if it did go in.
However, his had some great chances after that and haven’t being able to make it past the goalkeeper. His got 2 different chances 1v1 situation and the keeper managed to get saved from it. His not be lacking on the assist though, his combination with Mbappe had being perfect.

But even though Ousmane Dembele could not score, his teammate Barkola scored a great goal to put France 2-0 ahead today. France is full of star players, so for now, France's competition with Sweden in this World Cup is by no means an equal indicator and it has been possible to predict that France will win before the match. I think most Brazilian fans expected an easy win over Japan. I assume the Brazil team itself thought the same, which could be one of the reasons they did not include Neymar in the playing 11. However, you know he is injured, and the coach wants him to play only in important matches. He is still recovering every day, and he may need more time to recover. Another tough foul in these matches would kick him out of the tournament. So, I won't blame the coach for now.

As for the match, everyone knew Japan was the favorite, but in the last match, Brazil played Japan and lost 3-2. They knew it, which probably created some pressure in their players' minds. But it is good that they have scored and won the match in the end.

Important events have been happening in this World Cup. Paraguay advanced against a team like Germany and reached the Round of 16 for the first time I think, and Morocco beat the Netherlands on penalties. I think brazil's situation is getting more complicated. We'll see if brazil can overcome a European team like France or even Argentina, which is very strong.

We'll see if they can contain Haaland from Norway... Brazil needs to stop making these passing errors and being so easily pressured when they're behind or when the opponent closes down their defense.

I like how Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe are not giving up on the race for the FIFA World Cup golden boot after Lionel Messi went ahead of both players by scoring 6 goals while Mbappe and Erling Haaland initially had just 4 goals each but today, Erling Haaland scored a goal in their match against Ivory Coast while Kylian Mbappe scored a brace against Sweden though he might score more goals since the match is still live but currently both players have 5 and 6 goals respectively which means if they continue to score more goals they will likely surpass Lionel Messi. I think Mbappe can win the golden boot because the chances of France reaching the finals is higher than Norway to reach the finals which means that there will be more opportunities for Mbappe to score than it is for Erling Haaland.

The best thing France was able to do for themselves in this game aside from being more attacking is, being able to hold off Gyokeres and Isak, with these players being bounded out by the defense, there was little to no hope for Sweden and even when Sweden had their last chance at goal for Gyokeres to give them a consolation, he sent it right into the hands of the goalkeeper to make a save.

Olise  is really a joy to watch mate, and his creativity makes things very easy for all the attacking players around him.
 This was a game I expected France to win convincingly, because after I watched the game between Sweden vs the Netherlands, and how they were easily beaten, I have no doubt that they wouldn't be able to withstand France because France and Argentina are on a different level to the rest of other top teams, that's why I believe that any of them may win this world cup again if they are not stopped before they get to the semi finals of this world cup.

Wow, what a match, France vs Sweden is finish now! The final result is 3-0 for France, very big win for them. France was much much better team, they have crazy possession and control all game, Sweden only try counterattack but no good. First goal score Mbappe in 45 minute, very nice shot before halftime. At this point I can say that France is the most favourite to win this world cup because this team is too good to leave the tournament. The pair of Michael Olise and Kylian Mbappe is a very dangerous one to any defence. This team is filled with talents and this game of football is very crazy, Dembele was almost lost in the game despite making several shots.

Sweden played a good game and I can only say that they lost very fairly because they could only wait for it France's errors to go for a counter. He now has equal goals with Messi and I can say that there's more to expect.

France will be facing Paraguay in the next round and I can say that it is a straight win for them again and won't go to the extra time like the Germany encounter. Ivory coast nearly joined won Norway but Erling Haaland ruined that hope.

So far so many surprises and they continue to happen and i think we might see even more surprise until this round ends. Paragvay surprise for me was the biggest one they just parked the bus and knocked out one of the best teams in the world cup.

Some top countries are not just performing well in the World Cup, countries which are suppose to be fighting for the cup are just performing below my expectation, maybe the country which is going to be winning the World Cup is a country which e don’t even expect.

It’s really surprising that it’s a country like Paraguay that kicked Germany out of the World Cup, I don’t even know how that happened, because it’s something which I never believed it’s even going to happen. But we should know it’s football, anything can happen. Germany was in control of the match, but they found it so difficult to score in the match.

That's just football and that's how the World Cup can be as well so I am not surprised much. Teams that are not playing well have themselves to blame because every team seems to be well prepared before coming so that's why we frequently see small countries fight hard till the end to keep progressing.

Teams like Germany and Netherlands were clearly not at their best that why they struggled and couldn't go far. They might be a big team but clearly they were not who they used to be. They don't even have a clear pattern and strategy that's why they couldn't get past the round of 32.

Germany losing to Paraguay was really surprising, they almost had the easiest opponent among all but they still couldn't win. Nothing surprises me in football anymore.
