That's definitely a serious gamble. Well I do think France is an overated team, yes they have players but when it comes to considering them the potential world cup champions I think that's too much considering that there are other clubs that are still strong and considered a threat as well, Don't be surprised if they don't get to make it to the semi finals.

Mexico is a strong team and under 2.5 isn't really a bad one, their last match they only could get a goal as a result of penalty. Regardless I consider This match an anything can happen match man.

But I don't think that's the case here because France are still in completely dominant form. The French team is attacking again and again, although Morocco's excellent goalkeeper could have saved it. Even then, I think that one or two of these can run and come to France.

I would advice you to actually take a chill pill 💊 mate, it's just about 30mins into the game so there is a lot of things that can still happen and beside we can see that France is playing exceedingly well and as for the penalty miss he isn't the only one to miss penalty, I mean Messi actually missed two in this same tournament so there is every possibility that the game can still go France way but hopefully they don't win according to your reactions.

Am pretty much sure that penalty was actually justified, hence the 3 minutes hold up for clarification. I felt all that build up and delay added to Mbappe missing that penalty and I pretty much understand why you will feel like Mbappe foul was false but he [Mbappe] made the right call as he saw Mazroui sliding through just one touch to put him in contact of Mazroui and that's all he needed to get the penalty, an intelligent play from Mbappe I'll say.

As long there is a contact, it is a penalty, and the fact that VAR didn’t rule it out, then it is a penalty.

But the main thing I am concerned is the penalty miss trend on big players; I am surprised on how Messi, Bruno Gumerres? And now Mbappe of all people missed a penalty, I am sure the goalkeepers are trying their best to save their nations and the tension of letting your team down is also there on the players.

The only way this can change is if Infantino resigns, and from what I see, given all the deals he's made, that's highly unlikely. I don't see much of a future for him. In this respect, better options need to be offered to make football clean, completely eliminating refereeing decisions based on human judgment. For that, there should be ball sensors that indicate what's happening in VAR, and VAR should only be used to send messages to the referee via microphone. Damn, the first half of Morocco vs France was so boring. It reminded me of the Paraguay vs France match. France was awarded penalty, but Mbappé ended up missing it. We’ve known for a long time that Mbappé’s weakness is his lack of mental toughness when taking penalty kicks.  In fact, I remember that when he first joined Real Madrid, he did the same thing, he missed a penalty kick back then. And honestly, that penalty kick just now  was truly the worst, in my opinion. His shot was too weak. So even though the goalkeeper couldn’t read the direction of the shot at first, he would still have been able to block a ball that was taken so half-heartedly and with such hesitation.

Luck is still on Morocco’s side. And seeing this also makes me hope that Morocco will win in the end. It’s just that the difference in strength between these two teams is quite significant, I think.

The first half was one sided and it looks like Morocco is scared of coming out to attack because France did all the playing and goal attempts.

This match between France and Morocco is getting interesting and I’m enjoying every part of it. They are done with the first half and they are still playing 0:0, I did not believe that Mbappé was going to miss the penalty, I was thinking it is a pure goal and a 1 goal for France, but unfortunately, he did not score the goal and this is a very huge disappointment. However, I will not criticize him because it is not easy to score a penalty even though people insult Ronaldo when he scores a penalty they think is easy, in a match like this however is not actually easy. You have to be blind to see that as a penalty @FIFA and @their referees...
I don't mind if they want a final game between France and Argentina or any other influencing major nations in Europe or America. Let's just football be played naturally and let's see for example Egypt winning like 3 - 2 then let's ask them to kindly return home to have more viewers and money generated from the participation of Argentina and in this case France. VAR was supposed to correct the errors but it is increasing injustice between teams and disparities between games. As I said before, we are witnessing the worst World Cup version ever.

This penalty missed by Mbappe would have gave them higher opportunity to defeat Morocco in this match, because I know if the France mistakenly score or have a goal before them,  I don't think Morocco will ever meet up again. Well, missing penalty is not a big deal, Messi missed a penalty also in thier last match against Egypt and they later achieved the victory.

The both countries are playing accurately and both of them placed themselves on a higher pressures, as the first half ended in draw, I believe the second half would be more impressive, as such France may win this match easily, despite the huge pressures coming from Morocco, I believe they will still deliver in this match.
