I am not confirm whether Argentina will be the champions of the 2026 World cup or not because the result of the game can change completely at any time. It is literally the top four in the odds as well and the fact that there were so many close calls but zero surprises is a big deal. Think about it this way, Argentina, England, France, Spain. Which team you can put ahead of these teams? Are there any better teams that just ended up losing?

Argentina gives their opponents too many opportunities. They win, but the opponent also has a very high chance of winning, so things won't be easy for them in the next match. It's not easy for teams to perform as they want in the semi-finals and the final because the pressure is immense. The team that feels the least pressure will play more comfortably in these matches.

Argentina in their last three matches has rode on luck. Cape Verde played better and should've won but luckily for Argentina, they won that game. Against Egypt, they were trailing by 2 goals until the 78th minute before they came back to win even when some decisions on the field were against Egypt and against Switzerland, they were the second best team on the pitch until Switzerland were reduced to 10 men.
Facing England, I think they'll struggle to win that game. England I think are the favourites to win that particular one.

It seems we have some favorite teams in common, teams that were ultimately eliminated. Morocco and Japan, in particular, were teams I’d always had high hopes for from the start and Portugal, too, actually. Egypt also played better than expected they just ran out of luck this time. i hope that in the next World Cup, Egypt, Morocco, and Japan can go even further.

It is not the final yet, but as you say it would be amazing for all the people to finally watch a revenge final. Messi against Mbappe, and it falls short of the fact that both countries have amazing teams. You gotta understand there are people who simply idolize Messi as the number one on the planet when comes to football, so to them it makes complete sense to have him in the spotlight for the longest time possible.
It could be about immortalizing him as much as possible before someone as Mbappe takes his place in the foreseeable future. People are not counting on the fact there could be other Messis in the future, who may defeat his records and get more throphjes than him.

Argentina should have lost many times already because of the refs and the Swiss didnt have luck like the teams before them. I think this is really unfair because the refs keep pushing the Argentinian team to the final. I think Argentina should have been out before all of these rounds.
