Don't rush into the market, the market can dip further instead invest in stages through Dollar cost averaging. We're in a bear market so everything can lead to a negative effect because the whole sentiment of the market is that it'll dump. News that should naturally pump a coin mightn't have any effect on the price of the tokens or it gets dumps as people try to take profits as they sell the news (which is very common in the industry).

Go get a job outside cryptocurency if you make most of your money from  the industry either through trading or investing. Go get a job that can help put food on the table so you don't panic and sell your investment to take care of urgent needs. Or better still, keep fiats that can be used if you aren't okay with working for others.

DCA is what we do all trying to advise on but to mind that not all does have the money for us to do so or from time to time and we know that bottom price isnt something known or could be predicted which means
even if you do buy on gradual basis on way down and we do know that we cant really be having that infinite amounts. If you've done already your step on DCA'ing and the market still crashes
then you would really be having those doubts and fear but once you have done this step and consideration then i could say that you are someone who do
really make out such good steps at least.

For the rest of the investors their first crypto winter is always the hardest, so I do not judge them when they show signs of being worried or they start to doubt themselves as it is to be expected, just remember that bitcoin is simply too good as a technology and that despite its weak price bitcoin is still as good as it was before the crash so it is bound to recover at some point in time.

Keep holding because it's not end. Bear season is a chance for investors to buy however many of us are afraid to engage ourselves because of the fear of losing our money. It will only happen if you buy the wrong coins, but if you choose Bitcoin and established alts then the possibility to gain is high. Tracking the past history can also help for you to understand how the market plunged then recover. It might take years but eventually the time will come for the market to turn bullish. If you don't sell at cheap price and keep holding then you won't lose anything, the value is declining but your holdings remain the same in numbers. Hence, keep in mind that bear market is only temporary, and those who have strong hands will profit, in time.

When people were speculating about bottoming out around $10k levels, bitcoin never stayed below $15k levels for days which is the simple confirmation that we are having 'enough' supporters to prevent further falling. So, you can assume that the current bearish trend is just part of cycle bitcoin market which will end soon and the bulls will come to action very soon.

In 2014 and in 2018, we had experiences similar year long downfall market conditions and you must be aware of where we hit in 2021 among pandemic and slow economic situations (you can assume about same scenario for normal world economy). So, current trend is temporary and will pass on soon. If you have funds, buy the dips and hold tight.

Don't look at the equivalent amount in Fiat because for sure you will dishearten to see your portfolio going down. Instead look for the long term, like in the next bull run in 2024/25. And to be able to take advantage of the bull run, you need to accumulate now and that should be your focus. You can buy in bulk, but most of us here buy using a what we call DCA, so it could be weekly or monthly buy. And last, just be mentally tough, and don't panic in this bear market. Sooner or later we will get over with this one and for sure who will be happy that you didn't sell and continue to accumulate and HODL.

It is important to remember that every night has a morning, and if you could keep that in mind than surviving won't be a big problem. I know that it is going to end up with being something not so big and important for a while, but the best thing we could do is wait for it to get bigger, and then we can make our profits. If we get out right now, with all the losses we made, then there is no logic in it.

I know it is not easy to hold it when you are %90 down, because it looks like everything sucks and you are going to be forever poor or whatever you are thinking. However, if you could trust bitcoin and hold it for as long as possible then you are going to make a good profit.

I can easily say that I knew what I was doing when I survived, but I would be lying. I am just a very very lazy person, and I mean like seriously lazy, in history books type of lazy. This resulted with me not cashing out all my bitcoins when I earn them (work for bitcoin as salary) meaning I always have some bitcoins saved up.

I didn't end up selling them, didn't get much of anything else, got paid in some other coins and tokens here and there, and I just kept them. Didn't want to trade much, did that for a while and go bored, so I just kept it. So, suddenly I was a super smart long term holder who made a good profit when the reality was just being lazy.

It was the end for those who make themselves doubtful about the market but for those who still have faith and courage, their journey will continue and possibly reach far.

With all the dips and losses I've experienced in the past, sometimes I got hopeless and chased my losses, yet I still fail to do it. I realized now that in order to survive all the difficulties we have we need to remain strong and calm, and most of all, to keep positive. Because there is nothing that could help but just ourselves. Because even if I tell you all of these things, I'm not sure if you are still doing it religiously or just making your own.

No, this is not the end. In my practice, this is the second major market drop and everything is happening as before. They put pressure on crypto-currency holders to sell them and prophesy a complete collapse of BTC, as it was before and they continue to say so now. However, after the crisis, growth will begin again and everyone will forget about the bad and will only talk about the good. So the only way to survive the crypto winter is to believe in the best and be sure not to make any sudden moves, I mean at least not sell BTC.

When im still a noob then i do really mind off about on this market to be positive or increasing always which it did really make up some hard lesson for my part on the time that i had been holding for long because i had

bought up on the peak, not on Bitcoin but mostly in altcoin selections which im do still keeping those coins into my bag and hoping that there would be some recovery after that.This is really indeed a test of patience.

At least, we have seen that the price of bitcoin can move up slowly and this can be a signal for us that later, the price of bitcoin will rise high and be able to reach its newest ATH. Yes, the total recovery phase is still going on now and even though we don't know how long it will take, we can only wait while preparing ourselves. If you can buy bitcoin and other potential coins right now, we will have the opportunity to make huge profits in the future because the bitcoin price movement will continue to go up, triggering it to create a new ATH. when an asset has decreased by 90% it won't be good. but we can recover it by buying it again at a lower price and waiting for it until the next pump.
Patience in the long run affects the success of our investments. especially in choosing the right assets for the long term.
now that we have been in a bear market for quite a while, in the past we have seen it and many have profited when bulls have been in the market. the key is simply patience and trying to buy more for less. it can increase our profits without having to wait for big pumps that return the value of our assets.
